The meeting point was down a back alley and I messaged the Leader to ask them to confirm the place but they never replied First time using this company and not impressed I assume I’ve lost my deposit too?

It is not located in a back alley or a hidden corner. Once you arrive at the main square, the meeting point is clearly visible from all directions and easy to access. All of our guests usually find it without difficulty. Based on our records and the feedback from our guide and group that day, we are confident that you did not join one of our tours. We believe, unfortunately, that you may have joined a different group operated by another company, as we do not use hidden meeting points and we do not organize tours in the manner you described. That said, your comfort and satisfaction are very important to us. Even though this situation did not involve our tour directly, we fully understand your disappointment. Therefore, we are happy to offer you a full refund, and please rest assured that you have not lost your deposit. We kindly ask if you would consider removing the review, as it does not reflect our services or our organization . We truly hope we can resolve this matter in a friendly and positive way. You will go on a culinary tour of Marrakech- it is amazing... just make sure you don't eat for at least 9 hours before hand !!! There are 17 items to try 😳🤪 Yaya was our excellent guide, giving lots of insight and humor. Definitely recommend this tour.

Ali was an amazing guide. I was travelling solo and he made sure I felt included at every step and he was such a good host that the whole group bonded by the end. The tour itself is really good, lots of inside information and bringing you to places you wouldn't be find by yourself. Considering all the tastings during the tour I wasn't expecting a full dinner at the end. It was so tasty and a great end to a brilliant tour. Really good value and Ali brilliant. I had the best tour guide, ALI. He was so knowledgeable and funny. We went to nice shoppes to try everything. I highly recommend anyone visiting Marrakech to take this tour, even it you're a foodie like me. I learnt something. The Herbal store with Khalil was great, nice young man, make sure you stop in there.

Ali was a great guide who gave a lot of insight in Marrocan food culture. The tour was built of 4 stages - 1) tastings in the soul and at the food stalls at Jemma al F’naa, 2) challenge which was more special tastings, 3) visit at herbalist and 4) traditional Marrocan dinner at roof top restaurant.

As first time visitors to Marrakesh , we had booked the food tour well in advance which had been recommended by friends . Ali was an exceptional character who was so enthusiastic about his home country , culture and cuisine . From beginning to end he was entertaining and took exceptional care of the group . Nothing was too much and even when we contacted Ali with regard to booking a restaurant for our daughters special birthday celebrations he made it all happen . We will definitely recommend Ali in the future to family and friends but we may not recommend the snails !
