If your hotel is a riad located in the Medina (old city) and is not accessible by car, our driver will coordinate with the riad reception to have someone meet you at the nearest drop-off point. If the reception is not available, the driver will arrange for local porters with trolleys or metal carts (“chariots”) to carry your luggage and will help agree on a price in advance, which should not exceed $5.

Easy booking experience and the team was very communicative. Driver arrived 15 minutes early and was extremely professional. He spoke great English and we felt safe the entire ride. Vehicle was in great condition with impressive WiFi that I was able to do work with.

Great transfer by Khalid who was a great driver. His english is very good. He had bottles of water and wifi in the van for us. Help with the luggage as well. Khalid is a 5 star.

Great way to get to Casablanca airport from Marrakech! Driver was right on time at our hotel, communications were good in advance, the car was extremely comfortable, we stopped for coffee/bathroom break, and we arrived in just under three hours (it's about 140 miles and road is excellent)...if you need/want to fly from Casablanca and you are in Marrakech, this is the way to go

Me and my friend booked very last minute because we couldn’t get a train ticket from Casablanca to Marrakech . Sabri, the driver, was absolutely amazing. He was polite, helpful and gave us great tips about the city and history. When we got to Marrakech, the Airbnb we had booked was trying to scam us, and Sabri was such a big help! He talked to the guy and drove back and forth and eventually helped us find another hotel and drove us there. Afterward he made sure we got in contact with Airbnb to get a full refund and offered to give his statements as well. If I could give higher review I would!
