This excursion was a great break from Marrakech busyness and noise. The bus was about 30 minutes late for pick up but eventually we were on our way. The two downsides of the trip were feeling like we were corralled into shopping at the two stops prior to the trail. Once we got to the trek spot and met our guide, we took a pleasant hike up the hills on a road with views of the villages below. Nice couscous lunch at local home. Hike down was a lot of stairs, so mobility could be an issue for some. All in all would recommend the outing to see a different side of Moroccan life.
Be honest this tour really wasn't quite up to my standard but if insist i must leave a review I will do this now. First, the pickup at hotel islane was late. The hotel islane staff was very unkind as he said tours pick up got nothing to do with him. How could you WhatsApp your guests your pick up time 9am sharp but the pick up didn't arrive till 9.25am?! All the morning we were just visiting and shopping for oil. Nothing interesting at all. Okay we got to the bottom of the atlas mountain in the afternoon. A little hike up the hill to get our lunch which was nice. I must say food was healthy and delicious. We then walked to the waterfall when roads were super rocky.... Then our guide was super caring and experienced as he kept an eye on me and looked after me very well. The guide definitely was the highlight of this tour. He's so knowledgeable and kind and super caring. I give him a 5 stars but the rest I can't quite recommend it.
A well-organized day tour with a competent tour guide, Abdul Rahim, who responds to many wishes and questions from guests. We had a great lunch with a local family.

We spent a wonderful day in Imlil! The care was really excellent: everything was well organized and the guides were very professional, attentive and friendly. The hikes were great and the scenery amazing. The meal in the Berber house was a real highlight: delicious, authentic and shared with a great group, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only small point to improve: the guides should be a little more precise regarding the difficulty level of the hikes. The “difficulty” was really complicated and we had to turn around. A better explanation beforehand would avoid surprises. But overall, a very nice excursion that we highly recommend
We’ve had a great day with Abdul and Mohammed who looked after us during the excursion. Starting from punctual collection to guiding us through the hike sharing local knowledge and allowing us time to take memorable pictures. Mini van was clean and very comfortable to travel in and everyone was very polite and courteous. We’ve had a lovely, freshly made tagine lunch, delicious lentils soup and fresh fruit. Enjoyed learning about the production of Argan oil and had an opportunity to purchase some products. Overall a great day! Certainly recommend it! Thank you!

Our time spent in the Atlas Mountains was fantastic. I would highly recommend booking a trek with Toubkal Peaks. Communication with Omar was very clear leading up to the trip and he catered the trek exactly for us. From the moment we were picked up from our Riad in Marrakesh everything went smoothly. Our guide, Rachid, and cook, Hamid, were excellent. Rachid made the experience even better with his knowledge of the area and looking after us so well. Every meal prepared by Hamid was excellent and fresh.
From picking us at the airport until we left Morocco, we were taking care of…. Omar, Rashid and Hamid had attended to our needs in every way. The whole trip was very organized, we had a great time visiting Marakesh and Fes, hiking the Atlas Mountains and meeting Rashid’s family and experiencing their hospitality and sharing their delicious food with them. Thank you so much for the wonderful time. We highly recommend using their services.
