It was very terrible experience. Because we didn’t even had it. We were supposed to have pick up at 10 am from our place and until 11 am we were trying to reach out to guide, then to agency, no one was reachable. Then we went to their office that were show by location in official watts up. I will pin a picture of it, and in the end it was even different agency in this place. We contact Get Your Guide ans the also couldn’t reach this agency. So they offered us a refund, but it needs to take 5 days to be processed as they need to contact agency. Terrible. From morning we woke up , got ready to go to amazing pool in Agafay but didn’t get any experience. Adghal Tours are disappointed. Our booking reference were GYG32L6Z54HV. We’re booked by our friend.
We had a very, very good day with Zaki who is a very smiling, warm, communicative and adorable person. The driver was also very attentive. Something should be done for people who do not comel or quad because they wait too long without doing anything. The camp pool was not the one in the booking photo. But a beautiful memorable day!!! Thanks to the professionalism of Zaki! Thank youiiii and see you soon
