Hello, I didn't go on my excursion, I waited 1 hour with my children outside at 40 degrees. So that in the end a sleeping man tells me contact visitor…. What a disappointment…
A fantastic trip to see the waterfalls. You get to experience different views of the falls and it includes a boat ride that takes you close to the falls and you can have a pic taken there. The guide is great and helpful. The lunch was good and def worth it. I have gluten allergies and they cater for you. One thing to note that it isn’t a hike to see the waterfalls. There are about 600 steps that take you down - these are not steep. You need to climb those stairs back up. There are donkeys available to ferry people up. Our guide was amazing. One elderly lady fainted due to the heat and he was attentive and arranged a donkey ride for her.
Dear traveler, Thank you for this thoughtful review. We're so glad you enjoyed the falls, boat ride, and lunch, and that they catered to your dietary needs. Thank you for the helpful tips about the steps and donkeys. We truly appreciate it!
We visited the Ouzoud Waterfalls as a group of 18 people—including both adults and kids—and honestly, the whole day was flawless. Ouzoud Waterfalls are absolutely stunning, and the views are incredible. The kids had a blast exploring, and everyone in our group loved it.Our guide was fantastic. They knew so much about the area, kept everyone engaged, and made sure no one felt left out.A huge shoutout to our driver, Yassine. We were pretty nervous about driving in a new country, but he instantly put us at ease. He was incredibly professional, safe, and calm, which let us actually relax and enjoy the ride.Booking with the agency was super easy too. Rabi was amazing—he messaged me before the trip and checked in throughout the day to make sure we were doing well. There were no hidden surprises or fees, just great communication and genuine care.If you are visiting Morocco and want a stress-free, memorable day trip, I highly recommend booking with Ando Travel Agency. Thank you so much to Yassine, Rabi, and the team for taking such good care of us! We will definitely be coming back to you for any future excursions.
Dear Traveler, Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We're thrilled your group had a flawless day. Yassine and Rabi will be so happy to hear your kind words. We truly appreciate your recommendation and look forward to welcoming you again!
We had a fantastic day visiting the Ouzoud Waterfalls. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, and it’s a trip I’d highly recommend to anyone visiting Morocco. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the area, which really added to the experience. However, there was one downside. The pace of the walk was far too fast, and unfortunately the guide didn’t wait for the slower members of the group. Three of us struggled to keep up while the younger, fitter members quickly disappeared ahead. At several points we were left guessing which path to take because the group had moved so far ahead. That was frustrating and, at times, quite worrying. A little more consideration for people of different fitness levels would make this excursion much more enjoyable for everyone. Waiting occasionally to ensure the whole group stays together would make a huge difference. Despite that, this is an incredible day out and one I would still recommend. Just be prepared—the walk down is steep, and the climb back up is hard work. Make sure you wear sensible footwear with good grip and be realistic about your fitness level before booking. Overall, a beautiful experience with stunning views, but the guiding pace could definitely be improved.
Dear Emma, Thank you for your honest and helpful feedback. We're so glad you enjoyed the stunning views. We're sorry the pace was too fast and some guests were left behind. We will address this with our guide. Thank you for recommending us!
I wouldn’t do this again. They take you to see a donkey that is tied to a tree with its back bleeding, bones sticking out and it can’t get to any water. It is surrounded by little streams but tied to the one tree where it can’t get any water The bus was 30mins late to pick us up. We stood outside another hotel (because they wouldn’t get us from our hotel) from 7:50am like asked and there was no update to say they were running late The tour itself is informative but there is so much time wasted standing around. It felt very unorganised and time wasted in very hot weather I would recommend not booking a tour, come and go when you please and make your own way round If you do go on this tour - there are lots of shops at the beginning - make sure that you pick up some water / drinks. It’s very hot and there won’t be any warning from your guide that you won’t be able to get a cold drink anywhere for the next 2 hours
Dear Ellen, Thank you for your honest and detailed feedback. We are very concerned about the donkey you described and will investigate immediately. We're also sorry for the late pickup and lack of communication. Your advice about water is helpful. Thank you for sharing.
The guide and the driver were great. We ate well and saw the monkeys next to us; the place is really beautiful.
Chère Catherine, Merci ! Ravi que le guide, le chauffeur, le repas et les singes vous aient plu. L'endroit est vraiment beau. À bientôt !
Experience was brilliant, picked us up on time, received confirmation day before. The trip itself was very good. The guides were excellent, grouped in chosen language. We didn't book any lunch as are very strict vegetarian. Waterfall and Monkey were very good Experience. If you have difficulty in walking or breathing difficulty then this trip may be difficult as there is lots of uneven walking & over 700 stairs i would have given 5 Star but I had to give 4 Star as it was very very Hot about 40⁰C and there was no Air Conditioner in the minibus which was the downside. Apart from that I would recommend this to anyone
Dear Bandish, Thank you for your helpful review. We're glad you enjoyed the guides, waterfalls, and monkeys. We're sorry about the lack of A/C in the heat. Your tips about fitness and stairs are great. Thank you for recommending us!
The falls were stunning. It looks so much better in person than what the pictures show. Yousef was an amazing guide, and if you have him you are lucky. If you go on this tour, DO NOT swim in the water, as it is very dangerous to do so.
Dear Bob, Thank you for your great review. We're so glad you loved the falls and that Yousef made your experience special. And thank you for the important safety warning about swimming. Very helpful for future travelers. Thank you!
Superb day trip to the Ouzoud waterfalls, a beautiful place to visit at least once during your stay in Morocco, located 2 hours by car from Marrakech. The second highest waterfall in Africa (110 meters high, after all!), the place is simply breathtaking. Even more impressive when you get closer in a small boat provided during the excursion, the spot is just amazing. A walk from the top of the waterfalls down to the base with a visit and discovery on foot of an argan oil cooperative, with monkeys present throughout the route. A magical place surrounded by shops and restaurants. For me, the best place to visit if you are staying in Marrakech.
Cher Delab, Merci infiniment pour cet excellent retour. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez vécu une si belle expérience. Les cascades sont à couper le souffle. Merci pour votre enthousiasme, cela nous touche beaucoup !
A memorable excursion in an exceptional setting! A big thank you to Hachimi, a passionate, friendly, and humorous guide, who introduced us to Moroccan culture and the history of the Amazigh people through fascinating explanations. We also appreciated his awareness of environmental protection and respect for this unique ecosystem. Special mention to Mazozi, our driver from Ando Travel, for his professionalism and impeccable driving. An outstanding team that greatly contributed to the success of this day!
Cher Nathossm, Merci beaucoup pour cet excellent retour. Ravi que vous ayez passé une journée mémorable. Hachimi sera ravi d’entendre vos gentils mots, tout comme Mazozi. Merci infiniment !
