Description
Cette activité est idéale pour vous immerger dans l'ambiance de la Médina tout en apprenant à maîtriser les saveurs et les épices marocaines, Nous irons ensemble au marché local de la Médina, où vous aurez l'occasion de découvrir une variété d'ingrédients frais et traditionnels. Vous participez à l'achat des produits nécessaires à la préparation des plats marocains. La durée du cours est de 4 heures, l'activité commence à 10h à 14h et pour l'après-midi elle commence à 15h à 19h, selon les disponibilités vous pouvez choisir votre séance. Un membre de notre équipe vient vous chercher à un point de rendez-vous, Enfin, après préparation, vous dégusterez les plats que vous aurez cuisinés, un moment convivial de partage et de découverte culinaire.

I recommend 100%!! As part of an EVJF we took a cooking class! It was a great time!! of the food purchase we prepared our tagine in joy and good humor!! A big thank you to Mahmoud for his welcome, kindness and sharing!! He organized some extra activities for the bride and taught us a lot about Morocco besides cooking!! A great time! Thank you again!!
What a wonderful authentic experience A truly special day with Mahmoud. We started our day shopping for groceries with local merchants in the market. Selecting fresh ingredients to create the dishes. Mahmoud operates his classes from a beautiful house in the old Medina. Full of charm and character and spotlessly clean. We had a fabulous time learning about and creating morrocan dishes cooked with love. Such an interesting experience, we learnt so much about local culture and life while chatting to Mahmoud. We were incredibly well looked after and he met us before hand and walked us back to the area where we are staying. Mahmoud is a true gentleman We cannot recommend this cookery course highly enough! And we will definitely be returning
Very nice cooking workshop! Everything was also very clean, otherwise Mahmoud speaks very good English which is super nice. Food what super tasty, good quality! Furthermore, he could tell a lot and knew how to answer many questions, highly recommended!
