Begin your adventure with an early morning pickup from your hotel or riad in Marrakech. Travel through the quiet early streets of the city as your driver takes you toward the hot air balloon launch site located in the Palmeraie area outside Marrakech.
Soar above Marrakech at sunrise for an unforgettable hot air balloon experience. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Atlas Mountains, palm groves, and traditional Berber villages. After landing, celebrate with a traditional Berber breakfast and receive your flight certificate. Return to Marrakech with time to refresh before your desert adventure. Following the experience, you will be transferred back to your accommodation in Marrakech. RELAXATION BREAK: You will have approximately 3 hours of free time to rest, refresh, and relax at your hotel or riad before the second part of your adventure begins.
In the afternoon, depart Marrakech for the stunning Agafay Desert, located just outside the city. Begin with an exciting quad bike adventure across the rocky desert landscape, followed by a peaceful camel ride at sunset, one of the most magical moments in Agafay. As night falls, relax in a beautiful desert camp where you will enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner under the stars, accompanied by live Berber music and an impressive fire show. Morning Experience – Hot Air Balloon Flight Pickup Window: 5:00 AM – 6:30 AM (Exact time varies by season to ensure the best sunrise conditions.) Confirmation: You will receive your exact pickup time via WhatsApp/SMS by 8:00 PM the evening before your flight. Transfer Duration: The drive to the launch site takes approximately 30–40 minutes. After landing and enjoying your post-flight refreshments, you will be transferred back to your accommodation in Marrakech to relax and enjoy some free time before your afternoon adventure begins. Afternoon Experience – Agafay Desert Adventure Take time to rest, freshen up, and recharge at your accommodation. In the afternoon, your driver will return for the second part of your experience. Pickup Time: 2:00 PM (Exact time varies; the driver will contact you.) Transfer Duration: The drive to the Agafay Desert takes approximately 45 minutes. Enjoy an unforgettable desert experience, including: Camel ride at sunset Quad biking adventure Traditional Moroccan dinner with live entertainment Important Information Please provide your exact accommodation address when booking. Superb morning and everything was excellent on the hot air balloon ride. Disappointing organization in the afternoon: the program stated that we would be contacted around 1:30 PM and to remain in the hotel area, but the appointment was set for 4:20 PM. Air conditioning in the van was not working. Initially, two people not from our group were allowed to board, and we had to take them back. The quad ride, which was supposed to last 1 hour, lasted 35-40 minutes.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We are very pleased that you found the hot-air balloon ride excellent, but we are sincerely sorry that the afternoon activity did not meet your expectations. We fully understand your disappointment regarding the late pickup time, the air conditioning not working in the van, the confusion involving passengers who were not part of your group, and the shorter-than-expected quad-bike ride. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. We have reported these issues to our operations team and the partners involved so they can be properly investigated and prevented from happening again. We had a very nice experience in the hot air balloon with Saïd Guouram, truly an experience you will never forget. After that we were able to relax and were picked up at meeting point by Fahd. He is the best guide and really made the experience even more fun. Quads, camels and dinner with show were icing on the cake. More reliable and well arranged.

5/5 for the hot air balloon. 1/5 for quad, camel and dinner. In fact, two different organizations are assembled in this pack The balloon, very good organization in small numbers, qualified and competent pilot. Security briefing, For the afternoon, nothing to see. In small numbers it says... yes, in each minibus, but about thirty people at the quad, no explanation, equipment in medium condition, helmet if you want. But dented or not closing! On my journey, great break to look at the landscape. The camels, duration 10 minutes to do 100m. No pictures and 30 camels behind each other. No time for anything, you have to chain the meal where we are not far from 350 people!!! Meal that must cost 3 or 4 €, the worst of our stay. Not even a tea you can find anywhere in Marrakech. The show, a guy who juggles with fire as you can see in all the resorts. Don't expect anything traditional, even music, it's the trendy hits. In conclusion, I advise you to book the hot air balloon separately and on your own.

Comme il s’agit d’un lieu très populaire près de Marrakech, ces activités peuvent parfois accueillir un plus grand nombre de participants, notamment pendant les périodes de forte affluence. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que certains aspects de cette partie de l’expérience n’aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Vos remarques concernant l’organisation, l’équipement et le dîner ont bien été transmises à notre partenaire afin d’améliorer la qualité du service proposé aux voyageurs. The hot air balloon is super nice. It’s just beautiful. However I do not recommend dinner. The meal is very low in meat (a tiny piece per person and still some have only had bones...) with bland potatoes. And the seats are not very comfortable. The show is nice but no more. I recommend the experience for the hot air balloon because we were very happy.
