Enjoy bird’s-eye views of Morocco’s deserts and the foothills of the Atlas Mountains on a sunrise hot-air balloon ride from Marrakech. Ride a 4x4 to the launch spot in the early morning and drift through the dawn skies over the desert valleys and hillsides just as the sun casts them in gold, orange and pink. Then, land safely back on ground to enjoy a tasty Berber breakfast. A flight certificate to commemorate your balloon ride is also included.
Rise early and leave your Marrakech hotel by 4x4 with your guide. Relax inside the air-conditioned vehicle as you travel to the launch site in time for your balloon ride. On arrival, boost your energy with pastries, tea, and coffee and look on as your experienced crew prepares your balloon. Climb into the spacious basket for takeoff. Each basket accommodates up to 16 people, and there’s ample room for you to sightsee comfortably as you fly. Thrill as your balloon rises into the skies and ogle the aerial views of the desert as you float through the air. Take photos of the rocky valleys and peaks as your pilot steers your balloon over the foothills of the Atlas Mountains. take a seat in a tent overlooking the mountains and savor a delicious breakfast of Berber staples such as cornbread, pancakes, olives, fresh fruit, and mint tea. We had an absolutely amazing experience with the Marrakech by Air hot air balloon ride. From start to finish, everything was extremely well organised, professional, and friendly. Watching the sunrise over the beautiful Moroccan landscape from the balloon was truly breathtaking and something we'll never forget. The pilot made us feel completely safe throughout the flight and shared interesting information along the way. After landing, we enjoyed a delicious traditional Berber breakfast, which was the perfect way to finish the experience. The food was fresh, authentic, and served in a lovely setting, giving us a real taste of Moroccan hospitality. This was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our trip to Marrakesh. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Morocco and looking for a unique and memorable experience. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful morning!
Wow, what an experience! We did the sunrise breakfast hot air balloon this morning. Yousef was great at organising and communicating all of the details via WhatsApp. Wow it was amazing, so peaceful and beautiful. Well worth the 4am pick up time. Our Pilot's name was Reda, he was very funny. Excellent pilot ensuring we felt very safe at all times. Extra rouch was the music, perfect playlist. Nice soft landing at the end too. Definitely recommend Marrakesh by air to everyone. Thanks guys ❤️
What a fabulous experience! Our driver was around 20 mins late to pick us up (should have been 4am) which was a little worrying for us, but everything after that was amazing. Our pilot Reza/Reda had a fabulous sense of humour and the flight was over before we knew it. Had our Berber breakfast and mint tea and back at our hotel just after 9am. Highly recommend and the price was extremely reasonable at £79 pp.
What a great experience, the balloon ride was amazing, so peaceful, but what makes this so good is all the staff, so friendly, polite, helpful and they really made a difference to the whole experience
We got an upgrade for free as we were not supposed to be on the sunrise turn but on the following one. That has been incredible.
Excellent sunrise balloon ride. Capt Noor was funny and a great pilot. The balloon ride was amazing, Picked up near our Riad on time, some other tourists late for their pick up . First stop a quick pastry and coffee then back in the mini bus and a short ride to the balloon take off point. The crew assisted us into the basket 5 in our part of the basket. Safety briefing and then we were off, perfect sunrise , no clouds and capt Noor made sure everyone got photos. She even took photos of everyone , wrote out certificates for everyone. Next back to the mini bus and off to out breakfast stop. Traditional Berber breakfast, served to all the donuts especially delicious Then back to the pick up point Great morning
I rated this 1 star because there is no possibility to give less We booked the first available flight to see the sunset The night before we got a text to be at pick u at 4.20 in the morning … we were there ahead of appointment, read at a garbage site. Too bad the driver forgot to wake up and just left my daughter and I stranded there in the middle of nowhere. I texted the driver a ridiculous amount of times but messages did not even get delivered, phone off (aka he was sleeping). Contacted the platform through which o had booked (at 520 when we should have been in the air already) Also they were unable to le to get through to them 5.35 I get a message that the activity is cancelled due to bad weather. Weather forecast: 39C no clouds !!! Book the activity with any other provider and don’t waste your time with these Clowns
