Complete mismatch between booking and reality. We ordered a large car specifically for 4 people and 7 bags; a small car arrived late. We spent the trip with suitcases on our laps, which is both uncomfortable and unsafe. The driver was a nice and friendly person, but we clearly weren't provided what we booked for. I would not recommend booking if you have several luggage

We had a driver booked in advance as part of our vacation package through our booking agency. As was pre scheduled, Essam, our driver was at the airport waiting for us. For the next 16 days Essam was our private driver for our tour throughout Morocco. He was an excellent driver over many challenging roads and we always felt safe and secure throughout our trip. He allowed us to make small schedule changes and was always accommodating. He was always friendly and helpful. His Mercedes van was always clean each day and he always knew where there were clean facilities if my wife or I needed an unscheduled pit stop. We couldn’t have been more pleased with Essam and the personal service he provided us.
