This excursion offers you the opportunity to discover Essaouira at your own pace while enjoying a comfortable ride from Marrakech. Along the way, you’ll stop to observe the famous goats on the road and visit a local argan oil cooperative to discover traditional Moroccan craftsmanship. Once in Essaouira, you will have several hours of free time to explore the UNESCO World Heritage Medina, the fishing port, the historic ramparts and the beach. This tour perfectly combines culture, history, local traditions and relaxation on the Atlantic Ocean.

Your day starts with a pick-up at your Inn or Riad in Marrakech at 8:00 am. Embark on a scenic journey to Essaouira by taking the R207 road. A break of about 15 minutes is planned along the way. You can also observe the famous goats in the road , a typical Moroccan scene ideal for taking pictures.
Along the way, stop by a women’s argan oil cooperative to discover the traditional methods of making this iconic Moroccan product, used in both cooking and cosmetics.
Upon arrival in Essaouira, enjoy about 4 hours of free time exploring the fortified medina, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Discover its historic ramparts, bronze cannons, picturesque alleyways and lively fishing harbour, witnessing its rich maritime past. Essaouira offers a unique blend of history and seaside atmosphere. Stroll through craft souks, relax in a beachfront café or stroll along the beach. Lovers of relaxation can enjoy the golden sand and the Atlantic breeze. At the end of the afternoon, return to Marrakech with an expected arrival around 6:00 pm. Admire the beautiful Moroccan landscapes on the way home and complete this unforgettable excursion to Essaouira.

We had to take an excursion to ouarzazate but on the day of the excursion while we were on the road with Yassin our driver (super friendly!!!) it started to snow very hard the mountain road was blocked by the gendarmes and we turned back .. Nevertheless, the agency immediately offered us alternatives and we left the next day in Essaouira with Issam (great too!) We had a great day, everything went great I recommend 100%!!!

Great trip with Aziz. Punctual and accommodating he picked us up as close as possible to our rental. The vehicle is spacious, clean, comfortable and air conditioned! Discussion via Whatsapp to facilitate the organization for meeting places, very convenient. I highly recommend ☺️
