An absolutely brilliant day from start to finish. Our guide Omar made the two hour car journey very interesting by talking to us about Morocco and it's history. He spoke excellent English and made our trip easy offering comfort breaks when we needed them. Had a fantastic experience riding camels and horses along the beautiful beach. Then Omar recommended a super restaurant to us where we had very fresh and super tasty local fish. Omar then took us to the medina/souk where we walked around and purchased some souvenirs. The Souk at Essasouria was safe to walk around. We then enjoyed our trip back in the air conditioned and wi fi connected car! Thank you for a wonderful day.
We had a wonderful time! Our two drivers were lovely - caring, considerate, good drivers. Essaouira is absolutely beautiful - the camel ride was amazing and they looked well looked after. It was wonderful stopping at the Argan Cooperative too, really fascinating and interesting. The market was intimidating but fun, the people are so lovely. Would highly recommend this experience!
