Destination of all magic, Jemaâ El Fna square is the heart of the city, it tells through its storytellers, dancers, musicians, acrobats, water sellers and snake charmers, the history of Morocco yesterday and today while subjugating its visitors by its charm. In this 'Masterpiece of World Heritage', inhabitants and tourists gather to have something to eat, shop or observe the various shows taking place. There’s no other place in Morocco such as Jemaa el Fna” The Vanished Mosque”, no place that so effortlessly involves you and keeps you coming back for more.
The largest mosque in Marrakesh, Morocco, decorated with curved windows, and decorative arches. The mosque is also known by several other names, such as Jami' al-Kutubiyah, Kutubiya Mosque, Kutubiyyin Mosque, and Mosque of the Booksellers. Completed during the reign of the Berber Caliph Yaqub al-Mansour (1184-1199), and inspired other buildings such as the Giralda in Seville and the Hassan Tower in Rabat.
The Berber Museum presents a panorama of the extraordinary creativity of the Berbers, the most ancient people of North Africa. More than 600 objects, collected from the Rif Mountains to the Sahara by Pierre Berge and Yves Saint Laurent, attest to the richness and diversity of this vibrant culture, which is still very much alive today. The collection is displayed in four distinct spaces, each devoted to a particular theme. Before entering the exhibition rooms, we are presented with an overview of the history of the Berber (Imazighen) people of Morocco as well as a map showing the location of the major Berber tribes throughout the country.
The Bahia is a palace and a set of gardens perhaps one of the best-preserved historical sites and certainly most interesting in Marrakech, Morocco. Built between 1866 and 1867, this sprawling palace is set over two acres in the middle of the Marrakech medina, intended to be the greatest palace of its time. Wander around the stunning Bahia Palace, and get amazed by its architecture. It may not be Marrakesh's oldest palace, but Bahia is definitely one of the city's most eye-popping sights, is perhaps one of the best-preserved historical sites and certainly most interesting in Marrakech.
El Badi palace, literally “palace of the incomparable”, is an architectural ensemble built at the end of the sixteenth century and located in Marrakech. An almost absolute symmetry was imposed in the plan of this magnificent residence completely built on arches with extremely solid bricks. The palace that used to host lavish parties and royal gatherings is still the venue for music and festivities, as the National Festival of Popular Arts is hosted here annually. The entrance fee for El Badi Palace is 10 Dirham, explore this breathtaking historical monument and discover the beauty of these ruins.
There, we'll invite you to a unique cultural trip back in time to discover the Farnatchi, where you can uncover the process of heating the water in traditional public steam baths, called Hammams, which dates back to Roman times.
The Saadian Tombs hold the remains of sixty members of the Saadi Dynasty. They were used by the royals from the reign of Ahmad al-Mansur (1578-1603). The tombs are lavish and breathtaking with the cemetery garden alive, rich fragrances of rosemary and roses, with large palm trees providing shade. Inside the mausoleums the beauty continues and you will be surprised by the stunning domed ceilings, detailed wood and marble carvings, mosaics and intricate plasterwork. El Mansour’s tomb is in a domed room with his son’s tombs flanking his chamber, the grave stones in the garden are decorated with colored tiles and inscriptions.

Unbelievable experience, it was the highlight of our holiday. If you want to know Marrakech, it’s history and the markets without the pressure sales this is the tour to do. It was also perfectly tailored to our needs and wants including a traditional coffee stop! 1000% recommend this couldn’t have been any better
Jamal was patient and informative. He adjusts the itinerary to your needs and interests. The private car was really a plus for moving quicker!! Definitively recommended!!
The tour company was an hour late picking us up and couldn't be reached in that hour. They forgot to provide a guide, so they sent one later. The guide skipped items from the itinerary. Terrible experience.
Our guide Reda gave us a great insight into Moroccan history by taking us to the best sights in the Medina, gave a lot of non historical information. He gave us plenty of free time. He was open to any questions and very willing to help us out even after the tour. Highly recommended
My parents and I were staying for a short weekend break and the tour that we received was fantastic. In a very busy city with a limited time we saw the highlights with an extremely knowledgable guide. The tour was suited to us and what we were interested in doing. We toured around the Jewish quarters of the city and Bahia Palace with a good lesson in history. The best part was touring around Medina to visit the hidden gems in the market generally hidden from tourists and frequented by the locals. These included the visit to different parts of Medina to see the artisans at work creating the handicrafts. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to totally immerse themselves into Marrakesh and Morocco.
I have no doubt that we never would have discovered and seen all of the amazing details of Morocco without a tour from Reda. I was so impressed by his knowledge and wonderful storytelling ability. We had a wonderful private tour with Med. Kind, friendly and very well informed, he showed us some of the hidden Gems and special places in Marrakesh. We were able to enjoy it all while feeling safe and without worrying about getting lost. The guide was very open to our suggestions and very knowledgeable about the sights of the tour. His local knowledge made the tour truly special. A wonderful experience!
This tour was great! But what made it special was our tour guide Oussama!! Aside from being knowledgeable, he was the sweetest, kindest, and funniest tour guide I’ve ever had in any trip! Make sure you ask for him when you visit. He took us around highlighting the major points of the city and recommended places for us to dine at and have us tips along the way! He was so great, we skipped our previously purchased tour and toured with him the next day also. He really made us feel like family and he kindly joined our invitation for lunch and dinner. Highly recommend!! In case you read this, thank you Oussama!! That’s him in the corner of our picture!

I would like to start by thanking Oussama which was our tour guide for the great experience, for his patience, knowledge and kindness. I must say that he has been the BEST GUIDE I ever had. He went beyond what I expected. Even after the tour was finished and I was at my other destination he sent a message to see how we were doing and if we arrived safe back home. I even cancelled the next day tour and asked him to take me where I was planning to go following day. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!FIVE STARS❤️
