We were met at our Riad by Hamza our guide to go for the evening food tasting tour. On the way he stopped to give us some history of the area especially the Medina, but Moroccos history also, and throughout the tour he continued to share his wealth of knowledge. We tasted an array of things including olives, sweets, soup, lamb cooked by traditional methods which he explained also and of course mint tea, delicious. Safely returning us to our Riad Thank you Hamza, highly recommended
