The passport queue at the airport took over 1 hour and the driver waited for us. - He messaged me on Whats app to confirm flight details the day before. It was a short walk to the car park from the airport entrance and about 20 minute drive into Marrakech Medina . Our driver was very friendly and pointed out landmarks along the way . He could not drive right up to the riad because cars are not allowed in the medina . He did call the riad and asked for a staff member to come and meet us , which was really kind and helpful.

We had a very stressful 2 days of traveling and we’re very tired by the time we arrived in Marrakech, Youssef was there patiently waiting and we were so glad to see him.
