Great guides, safe setting, really nice dinner... For this price could not have asked for more, the camels were seemingly well taken care of and the line was well formed for the ride. Too bad we missed the sunset by minutes but still would recommend this tour.
An incredible experience on a quad in the desert! Breathtaking landscapes and an exceptional guide: welcoming, professional, and very attentive. Perfect organization, I recommend without hesitation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you, Miloud, for this extraordinary day 👍
Miloud, the best guide!! We recommend V, who is outstanding 🤩
Absolutely highly recommended! It is a wonderful experience and the guide is truly excellent. I would go back immediately!
The absolute highlight of our Marrakech trip! From start to finish, this experience was wonderful — but it was our guide Aya who truly made it unforgettable. She was warm, funny, and incredibly attentive, making sure every single person in the group felt comfortable and included. Her knowledge of the desert and local culture added so much depth to the evening, and her energy was infectious throughout. Whether she was helping first-timers onto the camels, leading the way on the quads, or just cracking a well-timed joke, Aya handled everything with grace and enthusiasm. You could tell she genuinely loves what she does. The experience itself was brilliant — the quad biking across the Agafay Desert was a real rush, the camel ride at sunset was every bit as stunning as you'd imagine, and the dinner show under the stars was a gorgeous, colourful end to the night. The food was generous and tasty too. A well-deserved mention for our driver Simohamed as well — professional, punctual and friendly throughout the transfers. Do not hesitate to book this. And if you get Aya as your guide, you're in for a treat!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The highlight of our trip to Marrakech! Our guide Aya was absolutely exceptional — warm, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about making the experience special. He made the entire group feel at ease and smiled from start to finish, always giving his best at every moment. The quad ride, the camel walk at sunset, and the dinner-show under the stars were all magical, but it was Aya who perfectly brought everything together. The driver Simohamed was also fantastic — punctual, cautious, and friendly. Highly recommended!
Come to pick us up precisely, but when we sat in the bus hit the heat against us, none of the windows went to open, terribly long ride in intense heat inside the bus. No information on the way, just being set off without information, just waiting until one gets told to climb the camel. Same with dinner, terribly long to wait without any information. The entertainment finally started with a dance together. After that it became completely quiet, we then went on the bus to go home, finally the guide came running to pick us up, the entertainment was not over. Poor follow-up on the way!
I booked this tour for myself and my young daughter, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing from start to finish. Firstly, I had to chase both the driver and the company myself because no clear booking details or pickup time were provided. This caused unnecessary stress, especially travelling with a 3-year-old child. I also paid full price for both myself and my daughter, which I felt was unreasonable given her age. We were picked up late, and to make matters worse, the driver’s car broke down and would not start. Another driver arrived around 25 minutes later, meaning we did not properly begin the tour until approximately 6pm. I had only booked the camel ride, but other members of the group had also booked quad biking. As a result, I was left waiting for over an hour with my young daughter while they completed their activity. The itinerary was never properly explained by the tour guide, so we had no idea what to expect throughout the evening. By the time we arrived at the dinner and fire show, most guests had already eaten because our group was so late. There was no dessert or mint tea available, and the only seats left for us were at the back. Compared to a similar tour I took last year for a fraction of the price, this experience felt rushed, poorly organised, and lacking in quality. The food was very basic, there was no Berber dance as advertised, and the tour guide was not particularly friendly or welcoming. Overall, I would not recommend this tour based on my experience.
Wonderful experience, our guide Samad was very friendly
Our first booking that was a bust. Guide was horrible. First, she was a teenager, literally like 18. Communication prior was terrible. Confusing as ever. She sprayed perfume and did makeup on bus. Left us waiting while she smoked with her friends and slept on the way back. Just horrendous customer service skills. The trip itself was very touristy. Food was mass produced and it was fine. Camels were pretty and that part was fun. Overall I can’t recommend —in short you get what you pay for.
