Jamal was the best guide we could've wished for. He explained everything to us, was patience with one of us who was much slower and waited for him. He even had snacks close to the summit to give us. The lunch, breakfast and included dinner were amazing. Would 100 recommend when climbing mt Toubkal!

I booked this trek spontaneously 2 days before. The guides arranged collection for me as I was in the middle of the desert for an little extra cost which was amazing. I met Idris and Nordine (the guides) at the start point in Imlil. Both dudes were super friendly, well equipped and knowledgeable. As I was solo I had no idea who I'd be trekking with. Lucky for me another 9 people turned, As a safety precaution the guys said we would all be 1 group to keep within ratio if anything were to happen. smart and logical From the start they informed us of the 2 day plan, walking pace, where we would sleep and take breaks. For peace of mind (for future participants) I would recommend highlighting that guides have first aid kits etc and explaining health and safety. Our group was fortunately a strong group and we made it to the summit overtaking all other groups on the way, this was down to the guides setting a smooth, slow pace and we arrived at the summit 10 mins before sunrise. This was Epic and deeply rewarding. May is a perfect month to go, not to hot or too cold at camp. Come prepared with altitude and nausea tablets as a precaution. Fit people will find this a moderate challenge. If you're not very active this will be a challenge. But definitely ACHIEVABLE. All in all, from start to finish, the boys kept everyone going, and they catered for the people who struggled and didn't quite make the full hike. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We recently embarked on a 2-day trek to Toubkal Summit with Morocco Tour Guide staff, and we are still in awe of the incredible experience they provided. From start to finish, every aspect of the trek was meticulously planned and executed, leaving us with lasting memories and a sense of accomplishment. Jamal's staff truly went above and beyond to ensure that our trek was both enjoyable and informative. Our guide Omar was incredibly knowledgeable about the region, its history, and the local culture. He engaged us with captivating stories, shared interesting facts, and even taught us a few useful phrases in Berber. Their passion for the area was contagious, making the journey not only physically rewarding but intellectually stimulating as well.The itinerary was well-structured, allowing us to acclimate gradually to the altitude and terrain. The first day's hike was challenging yet manageable, leading us through picturesque valleys and quaint villages. The overnight stay at the mountain refuge was okay, providing a much-needed rest before the final push to the summit. The sunrise hike to Toubkal's peak was nothing short of magical, and the guide ensured that we reached the summit with a strong sense of camaraderie and achievement. One of the highlights of this trek was the opportunity to interact with the local Berber communities. The guides facilitated authentic cultural exchanges, allowing us to meet friendly villagers, learn about their daily lives, and even share a traditional meal. It was heartwarming to experience their warm hospitality and gain insights into a way of life so different from our own, thanks to Omar and Jamal for giving us this great opportunity

My recent trip to Morocco was nothing short of breathtaking. The highlight of the trip was undoubtedly the summit of Mount Toubkal, which I reached with the help of my knowledgeable guide, Abde. The two-day journey was meticulously planned and executed by Jamal, who made sure that everything was taken care of, from start to finish. The views from the top of the mountain were simply stunning and something that I will treasure forever. The landscape was dotted with picturesque Berber villages, hills and valleys. The experience was both physically and mentally challenging, but the sense of accomplishment that came with reaching the summit was truly priceless. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for a unique adventure that blends both natural beauty and cultural immersion. Thank you, Morocco, for a truly unforgettable experience.

Jamal and Mohammad Ali were recommended by our Fes guide. They did a fabulous job. The riad we stayed in Imlil was comfy, food was great and made to our needs. We set off in the am for a two-day trek to the top of Toubkal. Given that the two of us are mountaineers from Colorado, we went up in one day and came down to the refuge to sleep that night. Our guide Mohammad Ali knew the mountain like the back of his had. He spoke excellent english, was very friendly and accommodating. He made the experience excellent. They recommended a good place in town for some kafta the next day before we left, and we treated him to a great goodbye meal.

The trip was very nice and well organized, Jamal is such a professional guide also with good character. The trip exceeded our expectations.

Our tour to Morocco was fabulous, Jamal made our Morocco Private tour over our expectations he was a superb guide and both of us were very impressed. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and professional, with excellent English and a nice gentle sense of humor. Morocco was wonderful but Jamal made the holiday very special and we thank him for that.
