Very good, the service was incredible.
Guide at the top, who takes care of people and listens to our needs. Thank you again for this exceptional afternoon. I highly recommend
Very friendly outing accompanied by Aya our guide! Little camel and longer quad bike ride followed by dinner and a show: music and fire-breathing! Departure around 3pm and return to Marrakech around 9pm.
Our guide, Youppy, was cheerful and committed to creating a cheerful atmosphere. The move to the women’s cooperative was a good surprise (nice welcome, beautiful view, purchase of a quality argan oil and amlou). The view, scenery, starry sky & restaurant were beautiful!
Nobody came to Collect us so we didn’t go to Excursion A little sad because we would like to enjoy this experience
Great support from our “harmed” guide and driver. Lively evening, visit to a women's cooperative manufacturing argan oil. Entertaining camel tour. Excellent meal... great skills of those in charge at the service, who 5 or 6 served 250 people. Impeccable logistics. To finish a nice show with music and fire. Thanks again to Harmed who is a very good driver
It has been an unforgettable experience, I recommend everyone who comes to hire this service! From the pick-up to the camel tour, dinner, argan oil, show and the return with incredible people, each and every one of those who assisted us and especially our guide Mustapha who has been very attentive and a great human being! I left very happy and an experience that I will always take with me in my memories!
Awesome trip that exceeded our expectations. Our guide Kareem was professional, correct and nice. He took us on time from the hotel and gave us interesting information. Camel ride and sun sunset in the desert was magnificent. Dinner was fresh and delicious.Highly recommend to choose this company because they are professional and correct. Thank you and we definitely come back again in Marocco.
The trip didn’t start well but the dinner left us with good feelings. I’d say between average and good. - Please be aware that the times stated on TripAdvisor are summer times!!! They texted us in the middle of the day that it is not possible at 6pm (when we booked the trip) because the sun is already set by 6pm. It was 1,5hours before pickup time. For this reason we weren’t able to see the Bahia Palace. They will ask you to confirm tho, so try to find a place with WiFi if you don’t have internet. We didn’t, so it was our luck that I saw the message. - We were picked up by another driver, than the one that was messaging us, because of time management. A family was very late and messed up their whole schedule, so that driver picked us up and dropped us off at some random street, where our original driver met us. This could have been communicated but we found it adventurous. We sat on the front seats which was comfortable. - Our driver was a nice man but I think he was a little bit stressed, because that family was extremely late and they argued with him. They probably didn’t see that the times changed from 6pm to 5pm. They didn’t pick up the phone when he called them either. - Since we were late, we were rushing with the camel ride, poor camels were hit (not hard!!!) and yelled at, just for our entertainment. Thought I’d never ride a camel again (2 days later we rode camels again but they were handled in a nice way). The ride was about 10-15 minutes ? Maybe less, but it was super rushed, I didn’t feel safe at all. The camels were bumping into each other because of the speed and their necks were bending. I literally thought I’m going to fall at any given second. We agreed with my boyfriend that it is possibly so because we were very late. - The sunset was beautiful but couldn’t enjoy it much because I was focused on not falling. - After the camel ride we drove to the spot for the dinner. At this point we were still disappointed but the dinner changed our experience. - We were welcomed with mint tea, which was amazing, they call it “Berber Whisky”. The waiters were extremely friendly. The food was nice, might require a bit more salt for me, but that’s personal opinion - They lit up a campfire, which was really nice because we were freezing - Here came the thing that changed our experience the most, they started singing and dancing around the fire and made us stand up too. If you are shy stay in the background because they will dance with you by taking you by the hand. - After that our driver drove us home. Overall experience: - We felt rushed but the day ended well. Wouldn’t necessarily do it like this again, would skip the came ride, but the dinner is well worth it!
This was the best experience I have ever been on! A camel ride whilst the sun sets in the desert is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity. And the three course meal was delicious. We were treated to an authentic Moroccan sing song around the campfire too which was great! The fact that we were picked up and dropped off from our hotel was the icing on the cake.
