The experience was truly magical. Our guide Hafid made it memorable for all of us. He was cooperative to all our needs. We visited with our family and infants. Truly magical experience must visit.
The tour operator made no effort to find us. We were at the meeting point early and talked to tourists and tour operators for an hour trying to find our trip. One guy connected us with our guide on Whatsapp. He tried to get us to move to another day but we had other bookings. Then he said he would send a taxi. I sent a photo of us He still couldn't find us. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!
From the time of booking to Hafed picking us up at hotel, driving to site, camel ride, sunset, dinner and final show this was an amazing experience. Hafed was the best host for the trip and let us explore place at our pace and had an excellent experience.
Very bad experience compare to the rest of our group that book the same exact experience on this same app. Be aware there is more than one compagnie that offer that tour and they are really not the same experience. We got the poor, cheap one. We didn't end up at the same location as the rest of our group. Our location was poorly build with a very bad 20min camel experience. The camel guide took picture of of with our phone to end up with my daughter head half cut in the picture or the head of the camel not in it. The diner was a buffet type with one choice and no beverages, tea or pastries like it the description. 20min later was a short fire show. Thats it No nice place to site like the pictures in the review. Be aware that you can end up to a place that is totally not what you paid for.
Such an amazing time with Jawad our guide. He made it an enjoyable time with his his warm personality. From the women corp who taught us making cold press argon oil to the camel ride and fire show, this trip was unforgettable. Would highly recommend the trip!

Disappointing camel ride because very short, just 15 minutes. Meals and show at the top! Nice setting. A BIG THANK YOU to Ahmed who accompanied us and who made this experience very pleasant!
