- We recommend booking on the early spots to avoid waiting on long queues. - We offer free pick up and drop off in the Funchal area in a 2km range from our sales point , for pickup's outside this areas please contact us. - Pick up inside the cruise Port/Dock of Funchal only with 24h advance notice and an extra payment of €3 per person (Madeira Port Rules and Laws) that can to be payed to the driver. - Minimum 2 passengers per tour. - Children under 3 years old can only travel on baby Sling/Pouch. - Due to vehicle legal restrictions , it’s not allowed people over 110kg. - Tickets to the toboggans , entries or experiences in public or private spaces are not included in the tour price. - Toboggan rides are a separate private company and they may close due to bad weather conditions or due to excessive waiting queue (Late afternoon reservations) - MadTuk staff and vehicles are always identified and will never ask for any tour payment , cancellation or any different service other the one that was booked , except if its your wish to extend , modify your tour or due to weather conditions.

Bruno was an absolute pleasure to spend the day with—friendly, insightful, and genuinely a lovely guy. He drove us safely up to the tobogganing (which is an extra, but totally worth it!) and then gave us a great tour around Funchal Old Town. What really stood out was how knowledgeable he was—he had loads of tips and tricks that made our experience even better. He also made himself available online if we needed any help with anything else, even after our excursion had finished, which was such a nice touch. We were so impressed that we ended up recommending him to a couple of people we met while in Madeira. Couldn’t have asked for a better guide!

Perfect excursion, to do the luge descent at 35 euros is really worth it. Place to see, perfect to go around and have explanations about the place.

Great fun trip around the city and up to the toboggan entry . The guide showed us where to get tickets for the toboggan and we then met him at the bottom of the ride for the return trip into Funchal old town . Lovely city and great day . Thanks to our guide Bruno.

We had an amazing time with Bruno and Fabio. We didn’t actually go to the toboggans as we were (thankfully) advised of a 2 hour wait to get on them on the day we were there due to several cruise ships arriving at similar times. Bruno and Fabio adapted our tour and showed us round the beautiful Funchal and surrounding area. The tour was fun, interesting and informative. Our group ranged from a 10 year old to an 80 year old with limited mobility and we all loved it. Thank you Bruno and Fabio!

Bruno, our tuktuk driver abd guide was on time, very friendly and well informed guide. Having already been on the cable car, I can strongly recommend the tuktuk as a better way to see Funchal. Bruno included a stop at a lookout point for photos, and assisted with tickets for the toboggans, waiting to collect us at the end of the ride abd take us on a tour around the old town, pointing out places of interest and giving ud a potted history. A highlight of our Funchal trip.

Bruno was very good at communicating - had to cancel.once due to weather. Told us a lot of information on the way to Monte. Met us at the end of the toboggan run. Toboggans were great fun and a.must do but get there early! We were there by 9.30 and queue was 1.5 hours - much longer by afternoon

We just did the Monte Gardens via cable car and then did the Monte Tobbogans and walked back to Funchal or you can get a taxi down or the yellow bus. We loved the wooden baskets they were such good fun and exciting going down the road how they keep there hats on I dont know! Its a must in Madeira plus get you photo at the end to remind you of such a great trip.
