Andre was amazing! He made the trip so fun. The tour is amazing we felt like we got to see the majority of the island high lights without any stress. So much fun!!
Do not book with True spirit. The lunch is horrible and a tourist trap. Every company stops at the same sites. Pick one that brings you to a decent lunch.
Friendly informative and fun. Our tour guide was very nice and a great driver. The views were incredible and it was a very fun ride. I would highly recommend this company and ask for Luis he is amazing driver with a great personality.
Thrilling! Ooohs! and Ahs! Graham’s (True Spirit) short cuts are not to be missed. The whole tour was amazing. Will definitely do it all over again and again.
This was an amazing day from start to finish. Our guide Graham was the best. Visited lots of great places on the island. Would highly recommend booking this day trip with True Spirit
What an amazing day out from start to finish. Cannot thank our driver Graham enough for making it such a memorable trip. For anyone wanting to visit some of the major attractions whist in Madeira I recommend booking this excursion with True Spirit. You will not be disappointed. 10 out of 10.
amazing! It’s a jungle paradise. Our guide Diogo C (I am probably spelling his name incorrectly) was so much fun. This is a must do tour
Absolutely loved this experience yesterday. Our guide was funny, informative and a fantastic driver. Standing up and going off road was such fun. The ancient laurel forest was really beautiful in the mist and the skywalk not nearly as scary as anticipated. Just do it. It’s great fun with a maxim of 8 people.
Lunch a complete tourist trap. So disappointing to end a nice day. Ask if you are stopping at jungle rain for lunch. Don’t go if so.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the tour itself, and we are sorry that the lunch stop did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that the itinerary description clearly mentions a lunch break for guests who wish to have a meal. However, there is absolutely no obligation to lunch at the restaurant, and guests who prefer can simply purchase a sandwich, a snack, or use the break to relax and enjoy the surroundings. As we operate on a schedule, we do need to allow time for the lunch break so that all guests can enjoy their day comfortably. To minimize waiting times, our guides ask guests halfway through the tour whether they would like lunch and, if so, which dish they would prefer. This allows us to inform the restaurant in advance and avoid unnecessary delays when arriving. Please be assured that it has never been, nor will it ever be, our intention to mislead our guests. Our only aim is to make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible for everyone. We appreciate your comments and hope you left Madeira with wonderful memories of the island. Best regards, True Spirit Team
