Explore the iconic Inca citadel of Machu Picchu at your own pace with an official entrance ticket. Choose from three authorized circuits, each offering different routes, viewpoints, and experiences inside the archaeological site. This product is designed to help travelers clearly understand what each circuit includes and easily select the option that fits their visit. How It Works This service includes the official entrance ticket to Machu Picchu. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send your electronic ticket to your email or WhatsApp. You must arrive at the Main Control Gate at the exact time shown on your ticket. The visit is self-guided. You are free to explore only the areas included in your selected circuit. Entry times are strict; late arrival may result in denied access without refund.

The tour was amazing. Haku Travels did a good job once the tour day arrived. However before that they were very poorly coordinated with multiple guides messaging and asking for the information. Also they don’t respond with clarity unless you push them. Perhaps it’s a language issue but overall the experience went well
Very harrowing experience. Promised the clears paid for delivery were not delivered by the TripAdvisor agent The agent ‘Elmer’ advised it was too late for tickets to be delivered - which resulted in running to market square with our tour guide to purchase the tickets from the ticket office. Awaiting refund from trip advisor
Our guide, William, was incredible. He had such energy and passion for the history of Machu Picchu and the Inka culture. He provided facts about the culture, geography, geology, animals… everything! Our meeting time was 5:00am and he was there exactly on time. We communicated some in Spanish but his english is also excellent. We were so lucky to have William guide our tour.
Bad experience with Haku travel. We had booked a visit to Machu Picchu including guide for a lot of money ($440). We would hear 24 hours in advance what time we would be picked up at our hotel and by whom. We didn't hear anything even 16 hours before, after regular texting we got the same message every time: "we mail the information to you", "we have already e-mailed it twice" But we got nothing and spoke to the owner about his lies, which made him angry 1Only 2 hours before we went to sleep we got a time and a name! The guide was too early the next morning (5.50 am instead of 6.05 am), so we were not ready. also the tickets for the bus and MachuPicchu were mailed separately and were hard to find. In short, a lot of stress for what should have been the highlight of our holiday. MachuPicchu itself is a magical place, so that made up for a lot. The guide William gave a lot of information, but he would email me a short answer to a question, he never did, despite multiple requests and despite the fact that we had still given him a large personal tip.
Our guide Manuel was terrific and informative. Gave us great views and pics! We paid a little more than we would have liked for the tour but that’s because we wanted circuit 2. We booked 2 months in advance and nothing was available by any other method. Circuit 2 sells out many months in advance. Was well worth it in the end. Would def recommend to anyone.

The customer service department was extremely helpful. They took care of all the logistics by arranging my transportation and a guide. My driver, Fredy, was punctual, friendly, & knowledgeable. The tour guide inside Machu Picchu was nice too!

William was an amazing guide for Machu Picchu! Super knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. We had a WONDERFUL time and largely due to William, he’s a insanely charismatic guy and really make you feel like a part of his family just guiding you around his home. He doesn’t need to pull out a guide at any point he just simply knows the method around the whole machu picchu. We took circuit 3B but i truly know he knows every other circuit by the way he describes each detail. ABSOLUTE LEGEND.

My experience at machu picchu was unmatched it was phenomenal and it was purely because of william. This guy is an absolute legend and he’s super informative he never even needs to look up anything he just knows everything of the dome. He’s also a great guy to just get information about stuff in general about aguas calientes.
