Perfect way to get from the port to our hotel in Hollywood Beach/Fort Lauderdale. Driver communicated well prior to pickup, was on time and very professional. Ride was smooth in a well appointed SUV. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a port Transfer!
I was initially contacted by Moises (at 7:45 am), then told we were getting another driver and that he would contact us immediately. I called Viator (10:09) because we hadn't heard anything from the replacement driver.They told me he would contact me by text, right away, finally at 10:23 Gabriel contacted us. Then about 20 miutes later, sent us a picture of where to meet him. This turned out to be confusing, as he was at the wrong location. I believe he was at Norweign, we were at the icon. He went to the wrong port, making him more than 45 minutes late picking us up. So, the communitcation was terrible. after standing in the port pick up for almost an hour, we entered the vehicle to find only 5 cans of warm water for 12 people. All 12 of us would have liked some water. and then received a small tip, and then told us we owed $33.00 for car seat and booster seat, which we had to install. I said I thought there should be no additional charge due to the terrible service so far, and just shoved his phone in my face, and said this is what you owe. This is the second trip where we have used the luxury limo service to and fro ports and airports, and unfortunately, will not rely on this service again. If I could ask for a full refund for the last portion of our trip I would in a heartbeat. When asked by others about booking, I would advise against it.
I've used Viator a lot and I love their transportation. Clean, friendly and the communication is clear. I definitely recommend them.
We had difficulty getting through customs an immigration. It took over 2 hours. The Driver, Manuel, kept in touch with us after I informed him and waited. He also notified the dispatch. He got us to the airport safely and in time.
Our driver, Daniel communicated with us at all times, was prompt and drove us to our destination quickly in a beautiful, clean SUV. Exactly what we were looking for and I recommend him and his company highly.
