Our tour with Ryan was wonderful. He was so knowledgeable about all our travel locations. It was even better to learn it all from a local. He was very aware of our time frame and helped us make adjustments to accommodate our wants. Could not have had a better day!!
Just book it- you won’t be disappointed. Group of 5 friends had fab day seeing the sights. Highlight for us was the causeway but very much enjoyed it all. Skipped the whiskey and saw some of the murals. Seemless and relaxing x
We booked a private day tour to the Giant's Causeway with Platinum Chauffeur Services, and it was genuinely one of the highlights of our trip to Ireland. James picked us up and from the start we felt completely at ease — the car was spotless and comfortable, perfect for the scenic drive along the Antrim Coast. James was an excellent driver and guide: punctual, professional, and genuinely funny, with a great sense of humor that made the whole day even better. He took some lovely group photos of us, and gave us plenty of time to explore the Causeway at our own pace. He also made sure we got to Dunluce Castle well before it closed at 4:30 pm, which we really appreciated. He even recommended some great restaurants in Belfast for later, which turned out to be spot on. Throughout the day he was attentive to what we wanted and made sure we felt well looked after. A nice touch was finding crisps, chocolate, and water for us in the car — small gesture, but it showed how much care goes into their service. If you're looking for a reliable, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable way to see the Giant's Causeway, I'd highly recommend Platinum Chauffeur Services and James!
We had a great experience with our tour guide. He arrived right on time, brought a car seat for our daughter as requested, and the van was clean and comfortable. He also provided water and snacks, which was a thoughtful touch. He took us to all the sights we wanted to see and recommended a fantastic place for lunch. We highly recommend his service!
Eamonn was a great driver! He knew how to navigate all the different locations. He listened to our preferences. He offered to take pictures for us! He recommended a great lunch spot for us!
Our Tour was great! Jordan confirmed pickup from our cruise ship right next to where we docked the day before so we had no worries about getting started the day of. He was very accommodating of all our needs traveling with a 4 and 6 year old we saw all the lovely sights in the giants causeway area including an extra stop that we requested that was off of the normal itinerary. We can’t recommend this tour enough!!
We had an outstanding private tour of Belfast and the Causeway Coast with our driver, Bobby. We were genuinely shocked when he told us at the end of the day that it was his very first full tour. You would never have guessed it. He was knowledgeable, confident, and personable, and came across like a seasoned veteran. The itinerary included the Dark Hedges, Giant's Causeway, Carrick a Rede Rope Bridge, breathtaking coastal and countryside views, and drives through charming towns. Bobby's stories and personal experiences brought Northern Ireland's history and present-day culture to life. He also adapted the tour on the spot, taking us to places he thought we'd enjoy, which made the experience feel truly personal. To top it off, he spent extra time showing us around Belfast city centre, sharing fascinating insights into the city's past and how it continues to evolve today. He was professional, funny, entertaining, and incredibly accommodating to my deaf mother, making sure she felt included throughout the day. This was one of the highlights of our trip, and we would highly recommend Bobby to anyone looking for an informative, memorable, and enjoyable tour of Northern Ireland.

Wonderful tour! Jamie was great, very informative, gave us suggestions, and changed out itinerary to fit our likes. He also added a stop by Royal Portrush for us and gave us a last minute extra tour of Belfast city and gave us more history. 10/10 recommend this tour and Jamie.
James gave us a wonderful port day in Belfast. Pickup at the dock was seamless and it was a pleasure to chat with him during the lovely drive. Carrick a Rede was beautiful (even though I couldn’t quite muster the courage to cross the bridge). We had ample time at Giants Causeway and Dunluce Castle. Photos do not do justice to the beauty along the coast. We also had a nice lunch and a stop at the Bushmills tasting room, as well. James was even kind enough to give us a short tour of some of the murals in Belfast and a stop at the Peace Wall. It was quite an experience. James was a wonderful guide that made the most of the time we had. Highly recommend!
