Perfect tour - I’m so glad i chose this one.

I had limited time in Belfast yet wanted to see as much as possible; for me this tour was perfect! A great way to see as much of the area as possible in a day. Patrick was a fantastic tour guide and a very safe driver. I felt he couldn’t possibly have done any more to make our experience any better. He worked extremely hard to make the day a success for everyone. It was a truly perfect day. Excellent value. Thank you

Day trip out

Pick up wasperfect. Directly outside the Youth Hostel. The driver was fantastic, fountain of knowledge. Only downside some of the locations were so busy- but that cannot be helped.

Guide with strong Irish accent and nauseating ride

driver/guide had such a strong Irish accent that I could barely understand half of his talk. And I had to struggle to understand it. In his defense he repeated himself multiple times. But it did not help. Also, the roads are so twisty and the bus suspensions soft that you end up nauseated immediately. Please use common English speakers as guides or have guides take accent reduction classes.

We had less time than...

We had less time than advertised at the Giant's causeway. That was mostly due to a traffic hold up. The stop at Bushmill's distillery is a waste of time, should be skipped in favour of more time at the main attraction.

Don't hesitate, a great experience.

Excellent experience from start to finish. It was extremely easy to book with confirmation communications received from the company. Follow up email received the day before. The tour was well planned and our driver Frank was fantastic, informative and very funny. The organisation was excellent and timings to plan. Would definitely recommend.

Lack of Communication - Viator and McComb's Coach Travel Ltd

The tour was good and our bus driver/guide was quite good. The main issue was the coordination of Viator with the actual tour operator. Due to a medical condition, I needed a coach with a toilet/restroom onboard. The Viator website showed this was included. Upon boarding and leaving for the tour, it was disclosed that there was no facilities on the coach. This prevented me from eating/drinking during the tour. I filed a complaint and (partial) refund request through Viator. This initial request was denied by the tour operator (McComb's Coach Travel Ltd) as they indicated that there was no toilet/restroom available. This is a communication issue between Viator and McComb's Coach Travel Ltd (the operator). I had to call back and protest. My protest was honored and I received about 2/3 of my payment as a refund. With respect to the tour itinerary and time, I felt this was good. I would recommend it for others as long as they clear details with the tour operator (McComb's Coach Travel Ltd).

400 shades of green

400 shades of green! The Northern Ireland landscape is beautiful with its rolling hills, green fields of sheep, and ocean views. Peaceful and fresh, with scattered villages and local art and rain-washed air... exactly what the doctor ordered. I only regret not being able to stay longer. The Giant's Causeway was awe-inspiring. I could have spent many content days there walking the miles of shoreline. Absolutely magnificent!
