I definitely can't recommend it to others. The response was that the car had not arrived by the time of booking (12 o’clock) on the day of the experience, and 20 minutes had passed, so when I put the phone in, I asked them to change it to the evening or the next day. If I told them I couldn't change it, they said they would cancel it and refund it, so I had them go through the refund process. I don't know what would have happened if we hadn't called. response.
We had a great time on this tour. The chauffeur was very knowledgeable and ensured we had a wonderful time. The tour included a few photo opportunity stops which made for some amazing memorable photographs. The car allows for up to 4 people which was perfect for our group of 3. Tour is 2 hours long which felt just right. Absolutely wonderful atmosphere of exploring London in a vintage car. Compared to the prices that we were quoted by the rickshaws you see everywhere, this tour was definitely more reasonably priced, way more comfortable and left us with wonderful memories. Needles to say, cannot even compare to the rickshaws! This was a truly unique experience and I would definitely recommend this for anyone visiting London and looking for a special and one of a kind tour.
