Private Address, The driver will make contact by ringing the doorbell and will be waiting as close as possible to the front door at the set pickup time.

- Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Vehicles are not wheelchair accessible but will transport foldable wheelchairs, pleas notify the local supplier.
- Pick up time will be confirmed with the local supplier before the travel date. Once booking has been confirmed, the local supplier will reach out to you to confirm your preferred pick up time.
- When booking, we do not require the cruise terminal details if going to the cruise terminal. Just the name of the ship. We monitor the ship on the day, and we will drop you off directly to the cruise terminal.

Driver arrived on time, handled all our bags, got to the cruise terminal safely and on time, and transferred our bags to porters.

Very professional! Our driver (sorry I don’t remember his name) was early knowing of demonstrations taking place in London. He was excellent. His car a MB Estate was very nice.

The driver was excellent! Professional. Vehicle was clean and tidy but older than I suspected. I thought for the price it would have been a newer van. Or a sprinter. I wish Viator would have printed the pick up time on the ticket. I had to call and verify and costed me 8 pounds. Overall good service.
Our driver arrived a little early. The ride to the ship was uneventful. We arrived safely. The online booking was easy.
It really was not great. It was very warm in London and there was barely any ac to the back of the van which made the ride very uncomfortable. We did ask multiple times to increase the AC but the air was not reaching the back.

Prompt, comfortable, and a great way to get from our hotel in London to our ship. Fit 6 adults and luggage for a 2 week cruise with no problem.
Driver was on time and friendly. There was a lot of traffic, and he looked for alternate routes to get us to our destination safe and as timely as possible.
