I'm sure it wouldve been nice but my flight didn't arrive in time to enjoy. Viator did their best to try to accommodate us. I'll continue to book with them.
We got to the Westminster pier. There were quite a few different river cruise companies all right there. I showed my ticket information to all of them and none of them said it was theirs There was quite a few people there. No one seemed to really know what was going on. One of the boat tourists decided to let us hop on their boat anyway. I hope the rest of our via tour excursions go more smoothly.
Great outing with good food, we did not expect it to be so delicious and well organized.
The young lady at the ticket booth was not very helpful, but the cruise was very nice & a bit pricey
Pleasant experience and music was great! We as a group were dancing and enjoying the trip. We were lucky with the weather!!!
The boat ride was very well done. Some boats give a better view as compared to others - you get what comes. The ground trip ticket requires you to get off and catch another boat - not actually round trip.

Took the ferry from the London eye pier a 10 minutes ride, they dropped us on the other side of the river.
Worthwhile experience. Magical cruising down the Thames. London's skyline looks stunning from the water! Our tour guide pumped us with a lot of knowledge about the city during the ride. Definitely our choice was absolutely perfect.
We booked this to celebrate our anniversary, and it turned out to be one of the calmest evenings we've had in a long time. Dinner was simple but nice, and the staff surprised us with a small cake, which honestly made our night. No rush, no noise it was a good break from the usual busy celebrations.
