Driver did not show up on time and dispatcher couldn’t give me any information and kept hanging up on me. Did not have minutes to spare and this was confirmed the day before . Beware!!!!
Worst experience!! Waited for an hour for our driver. He went to wrong terminal. Said he wasn’t told where to go so just went to any one. Additionally he said wasn’t familiar with cruise port!!! Really?? And this is your job?? Contacted the tour operator to find his whereabouts. They were helpful in getting this fixed. When he finally arrived all the windows were down. I knew this was going to be a problem. He never said a word about air conditioning being broken until just outside London. Took us 3 hours with traffic in 85 degree heat with no AC!!! Contacted the tour company to request a refund as is shown on the website but the tour company DENIED my request!!!
