I would love to write a glowing review but I simply can't. That is because our tour did not happen. Upon arriving in London for our layover tour we were informed that our guide was sick and a refund would be issued. No contingency plan or second option. I'm appreciative for the refund but would have rather seen a bit of the city we planned a 14hr layover to see.
Our private tour guides was great. She was knowledgeable about London and provided us a great experience for the short term we had in London.
The tour guide canceled the day of and then didn’t request a refund for me. I’m still getting emails as if the trip happened. Be wary of this tour because it’s very sketchy. Book anything through PayPal because they will lookout for Fraudulent sellers. Stay away from this company because they have poor communication.

The best way to spend my layover in London! Becky was great and had a plan for us to see everything. Word to the wise though...bring your walking shoes as we walked 5 miles. It was totally worth it! Thanks Becky!
What an awesome experience I had! Naomi’s recommendations and suggested places to visit suited all of my interests. She listened to everything I asked for and gave me a little bit of the touristy/not so touristy, foodie, and Harry Potter experience I wanted. This tour really exceeded my expectations and is definitely what I needed for my 10 hour layover. I had such a great time and enjoyed every moment! Big thank you to Naomi for a great tour!
