I had reserved an audio tour through through Viator for the National Gallery in London England paid for it got a confirmation number but when I arrived at the Gallery, I was informed they did not accept third party reservations therefore I had to pay out of pocket. I was lucky there were audio cassettes still available when this happened. In the future I am hesitant to use this app. A friend of mine went directly to the Gallery website and made reservations.

Unable to download audio guide on 2 of our phones.. Despite the professionalism and attention of the person well present at the rv location, only the iphone could be downloaded. For no apparent reason, our Android phones are not outdated. Disappointment, of course. The exact conditions should be specified at the time of purchase.

Wow! I was very impressed with what Vox City did here. I guess I was not excepting too much but I was wrong, exceeded all expectations. The meet & greet host was kind, friendly and most important helpful. Audio guide was easy to follow and had much more detailed info than I imagined. The entry into the Gallery was no trouble and helped with Host! Would definitely recommend for a great experience.

Fast entry, precise map, and an incredible amount of paintings. And if you have several hours to spare, I recommend you go straight to the National Portrait Gallery, right behind it. A daydream.
