- All our piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers. This is because the brow can become too steep, dependant on the tide, at these locations, making it unsafe for wheelchair users.
- Tickets are valid within all zones West - Central and East ( between Putney and Barking Riverside piers).
- Tickets are not valid on The O2 express services.
- Please present your printed or e-ticket to Uber Boat by Thames Clippers staff at any of our piers.
- Children up to the age of 10 must always be accompanied by an adult.
- Tickets are valid for the day selected during booking.
- Boarding is based on a first come first served basis.

The boats are packed, it's difficult to get on them in fact so you end up waiting for a boat for a long time. You can't really see anything from the boat since the windows are dirty and there's no open air seating. All the toilets were out of order and the boat smelt of sewage the entire time. Would not recommend.

We had bought a day ticket and wanted to go westbound. The staff told us there was nothing to see anyway and did not let us board. Then we went to Greenwich, then to Tower Bridge, that worked. We waited 1 hour for the return from London Bridge. We were repeatedly reassured. Another ship is coming soon... but it did not arrive. There are too few ships operating during the peak season. We could not use the ticket. We were annoyed. Too expensive for the poor service. The staff is not particularly friendly. Once you manage to get on, it was good.

A bad experience. Our two first journeys were great. Our third journey was bad. The staff on board closed the boat gate in front of us while asking us where we wanted to go!!! The man was slightly aggressive and totally unprofessional. Our fourth journey could not take place as the boat was too crowded. Probably best to avoid the Uber Boats by Thames Clippers on the weekend.

We took the Uber Boat by Thames Clippers from Chelsea Harbour and it was such a lovely, smooth journey. It’s a beautiful way to see London from the river — passing Battersea, the London Eye, Tower Bridge and The Shard along the way. Relaxed, scenic, and a much nicer pace than travelling by road.

What an excellent day. so easy to use , gets to see all the sights, and even went through the Thames Barrier. We almost managed two whole round trips. We started at the London eye, and went all the way to Barking Riverside, stayed on and then went all the way to Putney. From Putney back to Greenwich. Greenwich to Battersea, and finished the day from Battersea to Blackfriars.

Disappointed that on a beautiful day there was no open deck. Even the small open rear deck had an overhanging roof and the seats (of which there were few) would be better facing the rear, where the views are rather than the blank wall in front. Also, although we were 5th and 6th in the queue to board, a school party of around 30 arrived after us and were let on first. We were lucky as we were the last two let on, but those in 7th place or later behind us were not allowed to board as the boat was full.
