We arrived at the Heathrow Airport, went through customs, grabbed our bags, and came out looking for our driver. There were two ways to exit this area. We picked the wrong way and it took us a few minutes to find driver because we had already changed the esim card in the phone and we couldn't contact him. Next time we will wait to change esim until after we locate our driver. However, our driver was very thoughtful and patient with us.

The company chosen was very rude I made them aware of the late arrival of my flight and they called to tell me that they were going to charge me an additional late fee

To clarify, we offer 60 minutes of free waiting time, and in your case, our driver arrived 30 minutes after your flight's actual landing time, totaling 90 minutes of waiting. Unfortunately, as it took longer than this for you to come out, the additional £10 charge was simply to cover the extra waiting time. If you feel the charge was unfair, we completely understand, and we’re happy to discuss it further. Would not recommend this company for airport transfers, their policy states they will wait 30 minutes from your plane’s “actual arrival,” but do not take into consideration taxiing time to gate, luggage retrieval and customs after the arrival time. Once we arrived at our gate, got our luggage and went through customs it was over an hour and our driver had already left. When we called, they stated the driver had tried to call, but we did not receive any calls and were able to make several other calls during this time. After giving them time stamps of these events in an effort to receive a refund, they still would not refund us. I would suggest just getting a taxi from the airport, they were great and less than half the cost of this airport transfer

For all London airport arrivals, our drivers are dispatched 20 minutes after the scheduled landing time to ensure passengers have enough time to deplane and clear customs. Additionally, we always attempt to reach our customers before releasing the driver, and this only occurs after the extended waiting period has passed. To make things easier, we send the driver's contact details the day before the transfer, allowing passengers to communicate with their driver directly. Thank you.
As we exited customs our driver was waiting with a sign with our name. He was prompt, and courteous. Upon arriving at our hotel he brought the luggage in for us. Just peace of mind after a long day of travel.

The driver, Martin, was very patient with us just getting off the plane from Arizona. He met us as scheduled. Helped with the bags. Loaded us in the car. Had a great conversation with him the entire trip to the hotel. He shared a lot of information about the area. I felt very calm about his driving, he’s a good driver. Helped unload the bags. Over all a perfect experience..
