There was no communication of details until well after we landed and searched around for our driver and had to contact Viator to assist. We thought this was a private driver who would be waiting for us in the airport. Turns out it was just a standard Uber ride Viator scheduled for us and we had to go out to the rideshare area to find him in airport chaos. It was not well organized at all
