This is the first time the four of us have been in London. Tom was a wealth of knowledge. Our only issue was Tom went too fast for our group. We would have preferred to have the Tour Guide go at a more leisurely pace and cover a few less items and enjoy the tour more. Since this was a private tour, I would recommend the Tour Guide reconfirming what we would like to see and the Pace that we would like to achieve at the start of the tour.

Tom was a fantastic guide and was incredibly knowledgeable about London and the fascinating history behind it. He took me to lots of cool stuff including London's oldest pub and one of London's oldest wine cellars. He was very fun and entertaining and went the extra mile to show me a good time. My most memorable experience was meeting the gum artist on the Millennium bridge he told me about.

Sandro was an excellent tour guide. His points of interest choices were perfect and he was very personable.
We were all set to have the tour and my elderly mother became ill. I sent a message to the guide asking if we could possibly do the tour within the following 2 days. She wrote back stating she was sorry that we would not be able to have our tour and she would let the office know. Without asking if the rest of the group would still like to go she cancelled everything. So we were out $450+ without any further conversation. Most disappointing. Please remind your guides that they need to ask more questions before just making assumptions that cost people money and the experience.
Naomi was a wonderful guide to the city, showing us major and out-of-the-way sites that we would never have found on her own. She tailored our trip for us, so we really got to see what we wanted to!

We had an absolutely amazing time with Naomi as our guide. Naomi was super responsive to requests and ideas even before we left the USA and the day of the tour was very flexible. We had super cold winds and one very tired kid and she made great suggestions for keeping warm in a fun manner and helping keep the kids entertained!! I was very pleased with advice for when we go to Paris too!!
it was truly a wonderful experience. Valentina, our guide, is very prepared, has studied for us a path that has allowed us to quickly see all the main monuments of London, she has been able to explain history and curiosities of each place.
The tour was nice but our guide did not know a lot of history of the area. We have had guides in the past tell us the history of the city and the buildings. But our guide simply pointed out the buildings and their names.
