Every pass includes a Golden Tours Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour. With over 60 stops across the city, you can easily hop on and off at major landmarks such as Big Ben, Buckingham Place, the Tower of London, and more. There are also stops near the city’s main attractions including Madame Tussauds London and the London Eye. Enjoy live commentary and multilingual audio guides as you soak in the spectacular sights.

My experience with Golden Tours was completely unacceptable and has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The sales agent, Sohanur Rahman, appeared more interested in making a sale than understanding my travel plans. I was clearly informed that the tickets would remain valid for flexible use, but instead the attractions were booked according to the agent's convenience without my knowledge or consent. This resulted in my family arriving at the Tower of London only to be told that our tickets had already expired. Although the supervisor, Akshay, stepped in and helped us gain entry to the Tower of London, the situation became even more frustrating when Sohanur Rahman called while we were already inside the attraction and insisted that we leave immediately to visit Madame Tussauds. Expecting customers to abandon an attraction because of your company's booking mistake is completely unreasonable and demonstrates a shocking lack of professionalism and customer care. Because I had an early morning flight the following day, the incorrectly booked Madame Tussauds tickets became completely unusable. My parents missed out on an experience that I had specifically planned for them, and our holiday was negatively affected because of your staff's negligence. The only positive part of this experience was the assistance provided by Supervisor Akshay, who tried to resolve a situation that should never have occurred in the first place. Unfortunately, his efforts cannot undo the inconvenience, wasted time, stress, and disappointment caused by the incorrect booking and poor handling of the issue. I would not recommend Golden Tours to anyone based on this experience. Customers deserve accurate information, competent booking services, and staff who take responsibility for their mistakes instead of expecting customers to change their plans to accommodate them. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in your company.

Absolutely loved the real guide experience compared to the recorded version. This company is the only hop on bus I have found that has a person giving the guided tour, we had both Emma and Mark C who were both brilliant. It made this company standout way above any others that I have ever used in the past.

The open top with human tour guide hop on hop off rides were just excellent! Particular credit to the guide Oliver and his driver Anton on Friday 17th April 26, Blue Route. There was another guide too, on another stretch, a gentleman in tweed - also most excellent. I am coming back to London to all the tours fully - they were better than the attractions! Being on the top with no roof means you can easily see and appreciate the beauty of the sculptures & architecture of the city most of which is much more visible from high up, and get the history behind each piece from a real guide.

We went with golden tour on the 9th April the person who was doing the commentary was brilliant soo funny we was on the blue route on the golden tour. He had the mic and was brilliant I would say Made us laugh

Deplorable service. We caught it first thing in the morning and started super good. The fantastic route. The problem came when we got off and tried to get another one. Since 13:00h, no buses were seen at the stops while other companies kept passing. At one stop we were almost an hour waiting (it gave us time to eat!!!) and we had to take the metro. Around 16.00h we went down from oxford street to big ben by the bus route and none happened. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!
Thank you for your feedback. We operate three different routes, each with its own bus schedule. Currently, the Orange Route runs every 60 minutes, while the Red and Blue Routes run every 30 minutes. We apologise if this wasn’t clear during your visit. We recommend downloading our app, which allows customers to track buses live and plan their journeys more easily. We hope that despite the wait, you were still able to enjoy the tour and the route highlights.
Don’t buy the package deal. Too complicated to figure out how to make reservations etc and most of the day was a waste. Unable to get more than one tour finished instead of the 3 tour included

Had good time interesting tour. However halfway round the drive said he was having his break and would not be going any further for an hour. Leaving me stranded south of the river. This was the second bus of the day so why is he having a brake 1 hour into his shift

Zozo and Armando are very professional. Zozo taught us a lot of history and made the trip smooth with time for rest and food. He knew EVERY building's history (even ones we were just briefly passing by while on the bus) and had great coverage of the Tower of London.

Zozo and Armando were wonderful tour guides; the driving was smooth with plenty of oration. I felt I could get all my questions answered from historic perspectives; the video and photo opportunities were also plentiful. I never knew how much London had to offer until now!

Really worth it!! Staff really friendly. Lights were amazing. Next time we are booking the full afternoon tea one! Have to be a annual family thing!!
