My teenager daughter loved this walk. Thank you!

My 13 year old daughter and I did the 8 hour London day tour with Nikky. Highly recommended - a great way to see the city, and much more of an experience than just doing a bus tour. The itinerary has been exceptionally well planned - you get to see all the famous sites (Westminster, Buckingham Palace, St James palace, Piccadilly, Leicester Square, covent garden, St Paul’s, and many more). You get to use the underground tube, the bus, and even a boat in amongst walking which made it a great price. The walk was fairly easy, didn't feel strenuous at all, and after lunch we were using public transport to get around. Nikky was a brilliant tour guide. It was a privilege to spend a day with someone so knowledgeable, helpful, and cultured. She really knew her stuff, explained everything well (and was really good at engaging with my daughter at just the right level especially as a tour for 2), and was just an all-round class act. If you have a day to spend in London then I can't recommend this tour highly enough. We felt like the day flew by in the best sense.

Best Tour Guide We’ve Had

Nikki, was one of the best tour guides we’ve ever had. She was personable and very knowledgeable. Nikki did a great job engaging us in the rich, sometimes dark and always interesting facets of history for each sight we visited. Nice features of this tour included a double-decker bus ride and a boat ride on the Thames to reach some of the sights. Although there’s a good amount of walking, it was interspersed with stops at the many sights, a stop for lunch and stops for coffee/drinks. I forgot my sunglasses and Nikki was nice enough to find a place to pick up a pair. She also helped take some great photos of us and even helped provide recommendations for places we were interested in going over the next few days. We give Nikki 5/5 stars!

London Culture

This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had exploring a city and truly understanding how its culture has been shaped through history. Our guide, Nikky — a London local — was absolutely fantastic. Incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and insightful, Nikky didn’t just share historical facts; she offered personal stories and observations about how the city has evolved before her eyes. From history and art to literature, her depth of knowledge was impressive, and we felt so lucky to be exploring London with someone so deeply connected to it. I can't recommend this tour highly enough — we had an unforgettable time! The tour offered a rich mix of walking, a London bus, underground, and a Thames boat, covering major sights while sharing personal insights and stories. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to truly connect with the city. Tip: take an umbrella, no matter what the forecast! If you want to change it a little that's fine, just be sure not to change the stuff about the bus etc.

Outstanding London Full-Day Tour – A Journey Through History!

We booked the London full-day tour (by foot, bus, tube, and boat) through the Viator app, and it turned out to be an exceptional experience. The tour started right on time at 10:00 am, and our guide Nikky was waiting for us at the Portcullis House corner with the Real London Experiences signage, making the meeting point very easy to locate. Nikky is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about London’s history. She explained every place in great detail and shared tons and tons of historical facts that truly brought the city to life. What made this tour unique was that we visited so many “firsts of the world”—an unforgettable experience. Lunch was arranged at the very first police station in the world, which was such a special and historic setting. We also traveled through the world’s very first underground (tube) station, visited the very first cricket store in the world, the very first wine store in the world, and the very first hat shop in the world. It was amazing to see how many global “firsts” London has to offer. Nikky was also kind enough to take beautiful photos of us at the perfect spots, which we really appreciated. The tour was extremely well organized, enjoyable, and informative from start to finish. The day concluded perfectly with a relaxing boat ride, making it a memorable and satisfying end to an incredible tour. We were extremely happy and truly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended for anyone visiting London and wanting to experience its rich history in the best possible way. A big thank you to Nikky and Real London Experiences for an unforgettable day!
