Rich is very friendly and knowledgeable. He communicated the historical and background information in an engaging and entertaining way. He timed it perfectly so that we got to hear Big Ben chime! Our family of four adults loved this tour. He kindly took time for family photos along the way and even gave us some great ideas on restaurants and activities to do after the tour. This tour is a perfect overview of the must see sights of London. Outstanding 2 hour walking tour-well paced and informative.

This was one of the best tours we have ever taken!! Rich was not only funny and friendly, he was extremely knowledgeable regarding London and full of wonderful “fluff” information (I had a lot of questions about the royals). We only had one day in London, but we loved it and will be back… and we will, for sure, book another tour with Rich!!

We had the pleasure of having Rich is our tour guide. He is the Londoner and knows everything there is to know about London. We had a small group of four females, and he kept us all entertained and engaged at all times. Rich gave us a lot if interesting info and also shared great tips. He reached out to every one of us prior to the tour via WhatsUp to confirm the tour and also share the exact location of the meeting point.
