Enjoy the beautiful Christmas lights of London travelling on a restored 50-year-old Vintage bus! This festive tour features live commentary from a local tour guide as we travel through the West End to view the spectacular Christmas lights. The route includes Oxford Street, Regent Street and Knightsbridge, enjoying the magnificent colourful lights. You will also pass The Houses of Parliament and the famous Christmas tree at Trafalgar Square. Get in the Christmas spirit with this exclusive vintage bus tour! Tour departs at 4pm and 7pm lasting approximately 2 hours.

We reached the meeting point at Victoria Coach Station in time. There was no gate information available with the booking, but figured out that it would depart from Gate 0. The vintage double decker was lovely and we took up seats in the covered bit at the top, which give some respite from the horrible rain. The guide was very knowledgeable and funny. We went through most bits of London known for the Christmas lights. Most impressive were the angel lights, Oxford Street, Regent Street, and some shops with amazing Christmas themed windows. It was a lovely tour which finished in time (could take longer in bad traffic) and we were dropped off at the Victoria Tube station, which was helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening.
Very rustic, Very cold and very smelly - “antique” vehicle. Bring blankets. Hard to see store front lights due to masses of people on sidewalks, hard to see the street lights due to bumper to bumper bus traffic

Regarding the shop lights and the level of activity on the pavements, these are outside of our control, and the streets are expected to be particularly busy during the Christmas period. This was so fun! Lived in London for years and it was one of the most amazing things I have done in the city. Also really lovely to learn some more history. The lights were fabulous and multiple places I hadn’t seen yet with Christmas. Amazing activity for if you haven’t been to London yet or if you are and want to show the city to visitors. Great value for money. Just make sure you wear something warm.
They left me… I got there a couple of minutes before the meeting time and saw them pulling out! I would think they would at least wait until the time listed.

We advise all customers to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time, as check-in opens at that point. If you arrived a couple of minutes before the departure time, you should have been able to join the tour. However, if you arrived a few minutes after the scheduled departure time, this would be considered late, as check-in closes at departure. Me and my friend enjoyed this. We expected just to enjoy the lights but we also enjoyed the tour guides information about the city and it's history and etymology as we travelled the streets

This was a great tour of the lights. Our tour guide was awesome and gave us a bit of history as well. The lights were beautiful. Just a reminder take a hat, gloves, scarf and jacket!

Steve and Shaun provided one of the best evenings we have had in London yet! My mom and I are traveling together to see London at Christmastime. We walked by their bus before we left and, on a whim, decided to see if we could book on their lights tour. What a happy accident!! Not only were the lights incredible, but Steve provided excellent commentary. He blended historic and modern facts, all with a great sense of humor, both about the lights themselves as well as the sights. Shaun was a very safe driver who did a fantastic job of ensuring we saw everything not too fast or too slow. The vintage bus itself was charming and decorated very festive and fun for Christmas. I would recommend this tour to anyone and will probably do it again if I’m ever in London in December again!
