Was not what the write stated. It was along walking tour and we quit the tour half way because of the long walk the tour guide was very good but we were unable to see the changing of the guard Because
We saw a lot in a relatively short time and Mike, our tour guide, was wonderful!! Quite knowledgeable… answering every question no matter how on topic or random! Added interesting tidbits and was very personable. Best tour guide I have had!
Friendly guide but very little explanation about what we visited The guide was old and the visit was very slow
very good. we enjoyed the presence of a guide speaking French, which is relatively rare in England!...
Best guide and tour ever, Michael was the best guide, very experienced and very knowledgeable. I advise this company to everyone!
The tour was absolutely amazing, Highley recommend this tour very good knowledge and answer all the question we had. 10 out of 10 tour. I had done a lot of tours in my life but this was perfect !
Wow this was the best tour I had and Changing of the Guards was brilliant and the guide, very very nice. Very professional company and guide everyone is so knowledgeable and very helpful
I’ve done this tour in the past and it was great. Sadly this time was incredibly disappointing. Our tour guide Dayana was late, and we spent almost an hour of the tour standing in various spots waiting for a good photo op of the guards walking down The Mall. Minimal interaction with guests during this time, and a lot of time spent texting on her phone. Little to no history was given on the tour, and what was said couldn’t be heard over a poor quality microphone - if you have to wait 25 mins for the Kings Horse Guards to return, that’s your opportunity to talk about the monarchy, or the royal residences nearby, or even the different regiments of guards. But no, nothing. We walked a lot of pointless circles near the Palace and by midday we hadn’t even left St James’ Park - that’s when we have up and left the tour. A disappointing morning and absolutely not worth our time.
Dear Michelle, We are very sorry to hear about your recent experience. We always strive to provide the best for our customers, and it's disappointing to learn that the tour didn't meet your expectations. To make it right, we'd like to offer you a complimentary tour on your next visit and also a free entry ticket to one of the tourist attractions in London. We hope this gesture shows our commitment to your satisfaction and gives you a chance to enjoy our services as intended and the one star review will turn in a 10 stars review. Warm regards
