For more than 1,400 years, a Cathedral dedicated to St Paul has stood at the highest point in the City. Frequently at the centre of national events, traditions have been observed here and radical new ideas have found expression under the iconic dome. In many cases these events have left some physical record as well as echoes in the intangible memory of the building. This was the first Cathedral to be built after the English Reformation in the sixteenth-century, when Henry VIII removed the Church of England from the jurisdiction of the Pope and the Crown took control of the life of the church

Our driver showed up 45 minutes early. We weren’t available when he arrived. He didn’t talk about the area and didn’t tell stories of the sights as indicated in the description.. He wasn’t aware of where or what certain landmarks were and even was incorrect in a couple when we first got started. He did offer to let us get out to take a picture at a couple of locations. was only in the car for 2 1/2 hours so didn’t get the full 3 hours paid for. Sights were lovely but this was not worth the cost paid. Having been our first trip to London, I wanted a grand introduction, but that didn’t happen. Also didn’t get to several places we requested. I wonder if the Night Hop on/off bus would have been better.
Terrific experience - what a wonderful way to get an overview of the city and the sights. We did the tour on our first night there. Driver was so nice and informative, and the car was clean, new and well-maintained. Saw all of the major sights and had the opportunity to get out walk around a bit and take pictures at each location. While we went back to some of them during the day for closer viewing, we knew a bit more about what we were interested in. Highly recommend!
To see the bride, were Harry Potter was filmen, as well as the Kensington Palace with the park and the squrrels. These were the Best experiences for our two grandchildren.
Wonderful evening tour with Kalam. He drove us to all the famous sites in a nice clean car, gave us time to walk around and take pics, explained everything we were seeing, and even kept us out for extra time so we could see more. Great experience, definitely recommend!
Thank you for your kind review
A catastrophic Service for the night bus tour at a fixed time (7pm) by Visit London (Golden Bus)! a meeting place given on the email confirmation to an address not existing on Google maps... two Golden Tour drivers questioned by us to get the exact location: one sends us to another stop (not the right one) and the next makes us get on his bus confirming that we are on the right bus... He stopped after 4 stops without seeing any monuments and after 20 minutes of driving (instead of the promised 1h45)! Race results: 135 pounds for nothing, one last night in London ruined and our teenagers so disappointed.... we had to return to the city center on our own. Claim made: no consideration for our request and refusal to acknowledge the very poor organisation of their Service and the incompetence of their own drivers. To flee....
Sorry but this tour was not with us
Our driver was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating so we saw what we were interested in. It was a very pleasant evening.
