Lee was an excellent tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable, engaging and clearly passionate about the history of Buckingham Palace and the Royal Family. The guide was wonderful-informative, witty, and accommodating. However, I only gave it 4 stars because of the meeting point- there are 4 entrances to the park and none was identified as the place to meet. Hence, we all walked around looking for her, not knowing where she would be. I understand this is an administrative issue but nevertheless...
