Itinerary
Your tour will meet at the 189 Hercules Road (SE17LD). You'll get kitted up with a bike and helmet or tweed flat cap (optional). Secure bag storage is available.
Your ride starts with a loop of Archbishop's Park to get comfortable with your bike and to make any adjustments. The park is a popular spot for Lambeth residents and hosts a Zipwire in the summer months.
Lambeth Palace is home to the Archbishop of Canterbury and located on the south side of the River Thames, across from the Houses of Parliament.
You'll stop on the south side of the River Thames to see one of the best views of Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.
Explore the quaint backstreets of Westminster, home to politicians, air raid shelters, and Lawrence of Arabia.
Pass through the ancient grounds of one of London's 'public schools' and find out what Winnie-the-Pooh and Shane Macgowan have in common.
Stand in front of Westminster Abbey, home of Coronations and Royal Weddings. *Note; Westminster Abbey is a paid attraction and we do not have time to enter it on this ride.
Ride around St James's Park, London's most beautiful Royal Park, home to pelicans and glorious flower gardens.
Stand in the middle of Horseguards Parade where military parades take place each year and see the Downing Street garden and impressive Old Admiralty Building. You may also catch part of the Horseguards changeover.
Ride up the Mall to Buckingham Palace home of the Queen. Hear tales of Royal history and gossip from your guide. And catch the best parts of the Changing of the Guard (on certain dates). *the Mall is closed to cars on Sundays making it an extra special cycling experience.
Ride under this pretty arch that marks the boundary of 'Royal London', and find the secret stone nose located underneath.
Trafalgar Square is the home of many iconic monuments, including Nelsons Column and the National Gallery. It's also the technical centre of London.
Visit London's only Italian style piazza, Covent Garden Market, bustling with shops and restaurants.
Stop for a pint of local beer (optional) at the Lamb & Flag pub in Covent Garden. Once know as the 'bucket of blood' due to its connect with bare-knuckle boxing, the pub is older than the USA and a favourite with locals.
Stop by an ancient Egyptian obelisk on the River Thames to also discover the story of London's amazing Victorian sewage system.
Ride past London's iconic ferris wheel, the London Eye. You'll stop briefly at the best place for a photo.
Cross the River Thames using a bike lane over Westminster Bridge. You'll cycle right underneath Big Ben!
Visit the Graffiti Tunnel under Waterloo Station, made famous by Banksy, and see street artists painting amazing murals. This is the only 'legal' graffiti zone in the area. And you'll also get to try graffiti yourself as spray paint is provided in the tour.

A brilliant tour on super bikes with a fantastic guide. Can't wait to try out their Gin tour next time!
James was a fantastic tour guide! He kept things fun, safe and entertaining. The whole family had a wonderful time.
James was a delight! This was the best way to see all the sights in an engaging and entertaining format. I will not forget many of James's stories that will reinforce this as a memorable experience. I took our older children 18&20 and they loved it, especially the pub stop and graffiti tunnel.
Our family: 2 adults and 2 teens, had a perfect experience! We loved all the knowledge shared and the route was perfect. Especially the changing of the guards! The icing on the cake was spray painting our pets’ names in the graffiti tunnel. That was something we would not have been able to do on our own and made for a really fun memory.
Jason was a sweet and knowledgeable guide. There were unexpected road closures that no doubt complicated his plans but he handled the situation with poise and in good cheer! Real pro!
We absolutely enjoy our time out on the bikes with James. He was informative with lots of humour and interesting facts . We felt we saw lots of the iconic sites plus some extras that we wouldn’t have seen if we weren’t on this tour.. We loved the style of bike ,easy to ride and of course wearing the hats .
This was the absolute best way to see the bucket list London places, with an awesome tour guide. It's the perfect way to learn about the culture, get acquainted with the city, and have a pint with James! Highly, highly recommend.
Katie was so much fun and a wonderful storyteller/leader!! My teenagers loved tagging in the tunnel and seeing the sights! Thanks so much; highly recommend!
