The trip and the staff were great.

Paula and Roger are an incredible team. She explains herself like an open book, and he is one of the best drivers I have seen, in addition to being very kind, both of them. A ten.

Light and informative Highlands tour.

Despite being a tour of many hours and in a language different from mine, I had an educational and pleasant day. The guide, Alex, made the trip very smooth, telling us in depth about the places and stories of Scotland, adding light and funny anecdotes. A shout-out to our excellent driver, Robert. I would recommend this experience to everyone.

I would repeat without hesitation

Alex from Madrid was our guide and he has been a great guide, he told us everything, gave us all the information, and did it in a very pleasant way. Our driver Robert from England has been a fantastic companion for this guide who has also exceeded his first tour to Loch Ness. We would repeat without hesitation.

Unnecessary experience

We took the Loch Ness tour along with Culloden, Urquhart Castle, and Pitlochry because less than 24 hours in advance, they canceled the one we had booked and paid for more than 2 weeks prior, so we did it. With 'traveling through Scotland', since it was the last day of our stay, we did not have many options; they either refunded our money or offered cliffs and castles to choose from. Since we had already visited this last area, I physically approached their office on the Royal Mile and we booked the Ness tour. And now let's move on to the tour itself. It is a very long tour with technical stops for supplies and restroom visits, which are also used to see or visit something. The first stop featured 2 cows and a calf in the distance. The second stop was a moor where an important battle in Scottish history took place, full of history, yes, but still a moor. The third stop was at Loch Ness and the castle, which had an additional fee; those who did not want to go were left in a dock area to be picked up later by those of us who took the cruise and visited the castle. This part was the best. The next stop was in Inverness, a town that is not bad, but if it weren't for passing through it to go to the cruise, it would be completely unnecessary considering the interest-mileage ratio; on the way back, there was another technical stop in Pitlochry, and if you wanted, you could have a whisky ice cream. You had to choose: a half-hour wait for ice cream or a street visit and restrooms. Finally, we arrived in Edinburgh more than 13 hours later. Those 13 hours were made enjoyable by a guide who called us "my little hearts" and explained the stories as if it were Sesame Street, giving voices to the characters as if telling a story to children and calling Victoria the Queen as Vicky..... Otherwise, the landscapes were spectacular.

An incredible and complete experience.

I enjoyed this tour a lot thanks to our guide Mireia, who is professional and passionate. She explained everything we needed to know and more about each place we visited. She made the journey pleasant and cheerful. I am going home with a complete immersion in the culture, history, and the country. The driver Levis has been very kind and attentive, helping in every way he could with a smile. With a team like this, it is a pleasure to do tours. Thank you, guys!

It is definitely worth taking the excursion, and if you do it with a guide like we had, Marcelo, the experience will be unforgettable.
