Issam and his aunt were absolutely superb hosts and teachers... we thoroughly enjoyed the guided shopping in the sooks, the cookery skills taught were amazing and the food we were helped to produce was just stunning... altogether a fun activity - highly, highly recommend!
A delightful time getting to know people, cooking, and eating well. Aimaad was a great host and Karima a talented chef who taught us a lot about how the dishes we had enjoyed in restaurants are made. The terrase is delightful and restful and the cooking instructions easy to follow and fun. Even as amateurs we were able to produce a tasty meal. We were able to choose what to make, all the ingredients were fresh and tasty, and we were able to enjoy more than enough food at a leisurely pace. A fond memory of Morocco and now we have the recipes to try it all again at home.
Aimad is the most fabulous host, his smile and laughter are infectious, His English is great, we had so much chatter about Marrakesh and just about anything really. We were taken to the market to buy our ingredients, cooked many dishes with Aimad and his mom, then sat down in the lovely dining room to enjoy our dishes. The kitchen/business premises were spacious, clean and well equipped. Aimad's Mom was on hand to offer extra help where required. At the end we were given a surprise gift and the recipes were sent to us. We could not have asked for more from the experience.
