Mattia was a very likable guide who organized everything very well & showed us a few great places in Florence. He was open to all questions & his restaurant recommendation was excellent. thank you very much for the lovely day ❤️
Alessandro and Riccardo were amazing on our tour of Florence and Pisa! Very informative, helped us see all the important spots. Alessandro also spoke at least 4 languages (English, Spanish, Italian and French) which is quite helpful when traveling internationally. Would highly recommend!

This tour included a stop in Florence with a 3.5 hours walking guide who provided info about the main sites. There was a long walk from the bus stop to the city center so prepare for that. It was hot so it was tiring. Bring a fan, hat and water if going in summer. The tour guide took us to a nice restaurant for us to have lunch independently and then back to the bus to get to Pisa for about 1.5 hours. We would have liked more time in both cities to do some shopping and enjoy some other sites. Our cruise had a late departure that day so we had time but I couldn’t find longer tour options. It felt rushed and since everywhere is so crowded, not enough time to see more. The tour guide was very nice and provided water for everyone and good info about the area and places to eat and do a bit of shopping.

Very good service throughout the tour from Alessandro and Luca. Although it only involved transfers to Florence and Pisa, it offered the option to accompany him throughout the tour as a guide.

it gets you to see the main sights in florence and lisa quickly from your cruise port; gives you a taste of the touristy parts of both cities. our guide sarah was kind and the driver was able to get us back to our ship which was convenient. it was a longer day but for the price and convenience it was worth it
The title is miss leading. To enter the musuem and leaning tower of piza, you have to pay an entry fee, otherwise all you see is the outside. Laverno was ok, but Piza was worth every penny.
We’re sorry to read your comment; however, the inclusions and exclusions on our tours are clearly stated in the product description at the moment of the booking.
