We had a fantastic day with Marta our friendly guide. We got lost in Florence and we had excellent help and communication from the operator Shore experience. Marta arranged a land train to go to see Pisa which would have meant a lot of extra walking in exceptional heat. We will recommend this company and Viator to our friends.
Arianna does a great job so that we have a good time; she also worries if someone is hot/thirsty or if someone needs to go to the bathroom. Excellent guide. Also a thank you to Rosanno for taking us to the places as our driver. (Forgive me if I have misspelled the names)
