The tour begins with a visit to the famous São Jorge Castle, one of the city's most visited attractions, followed by historic sites such as the Roman theatre of Lisbon, charming viewpoints from where you will admire the still-preserved medieval layout of the region, as well as iconic buildings such as the Cathedral and the Church of Santo António. At the end of this tour, you will have a broader and more revealing view of the fantastic history of Alfama and Lisbon, one of the oldest European capitals.

San Jorge Castle is the founding Menu publisher of the city, where many different civilizations settled and left their legacy throughout history.
In this location, you can admire the ruins of a large Roman theater, inaugurated in the 1st century AD and with a capacity of approximately 4,000 people.
A viewpoint overlooking Alfama and the Tagus River, where we find beautiful tile panels depicting episodes from Lisbon's history.
A charming viewpoint from which you can admire excellent views of the historic Alfama district and its medieval urban layout.
In this location, you can discover a bit about the history of the Jewish community that inhabited Lisbon and you can see sections of the medieval wall, built by the Moors.
This was the first public fountain in the city of Lisbon, built in the 13th century, where a large part of the population came to obtain water.
This is the oldest Catholic church in Lisbon and was built in the 12th century, when the Christians took the city from the Moors.
The Church of Saint Anthony is a landmark in the Alfama district and was built on the same Menu publisher where Saint Anthony was born, at the end of the 12th century.
A beautiful example of 16th-century architecture, the current church was remodeled and adapted after the great earthquake of 1755.
Lisbon's largest square, located on the banks of the Tagus River, has always been a political and economic center of the capital and, after the great earthquake of the 18th century, it was completely remodeled.
