Pick up and Drop off - Any Hotel or Apartment in Lisbon City Area or Porto City Area Choose your pick up time (between 7:30am to 12:00pm) For Pick up at Airport - We Offer 1 hour of waiting, is the waiting time of tolerance for Airport Pick up. Let us know if there is a flight delay. Please let us know in advance so we can make changes. Delays in flight or cancellation are the responsibility of the airline. 1 hour is the waiting time of tolerance, only for the pick up at the airport. Choose your pick up time (between 7:30am to 12:00pm) If it is a different time, you must contact us. After 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting at Lisbon Airport, if no one arrives and we receive no contact or information, it will be considered a "no-show.

- MANDATORY PORTUGUESE LAW: Infant seats ( from 2 to 4 years old) are available on request if advised at time of booking. We don't provide Baby car seat from 0 to 1 year. ( Portuguese Law Mandatory) Children must be accompanied by an adult )You must inform us. If you do not provide information, it will be your responsibility.
- ON "DELUXE ONE WAY TRIP OPTION": WE OFFER 2 VILLAGES TO VISIT: Obidos and Nazare Villages ( One hour each stop ). More stops or extra stops have an additional fee. If you want more villages to visit. You must inform us before the indicated trip. There will be an additional cost that will be informed according to your request.
- ON "DELUXE ROUND TRIP OPTION": You must inform us of the date of the chosen return trip. And this way for the return trip you will have 2 more cities to visit and you can choose 2 of these cities: Aveiro, Coimbra, Batalha, Fátima, Alcobaça
- This private luxury transfer starts at 9:00am. If you want a different start time, you must inform us before the road trip. You can choose a time between 7:30am and 11:00am. Trip starting after 11:00am has no stops or visits and will be a direct trip. If you want another time. Let us know, we are here to help.
- LUGGAGE HAS LIMITS: FROM 1 TO 3 TRAVELERS IS A LUXURY CAR: In the Car, the maximum allowed luggage in a car is 2 large suitcases and 1 medium size suitcase. FROM 4 TO 7 TRAVELERS IS A LUXURY VAN: In the Van the luggage depend on the number of passengers. Excessive baggage is your responsibility. There is no possibility to transport boards or large volume items in a car. You should always notify us or question us in the event that you have oversized baggage.
- FROM 1 TO 3 TRAVELERS: It is a spacious luxury car with luggage limits. If you have more luggage than indicated ( 2 large suitcases and 1 medium size suitcase ). You must inform us beforehand. Please be advised that if you have to change from car to van, due to excessive luggage. A Van has an additional cost and is an extra cost for you, which we will inform you about.
- PICK UP AT AIRPORT INFORMATION: Any flight delay or cancellation is entirely the airline's responsibility.
- We suggest quick meals so that you can make the most of your visit to the places within the stipulated time.
- If your reservation is a ROUND TRIP. Send us a message immediately with the date you have chosen for your return. We need the information to check availability.
- Designed with the highest safety criteria. Your safety is our priority
- If you wish, your private luxury transfer can be direct without stops. But we give you the opportunity to discover the best of Portugal in this way on your way to Porto or Lisbon.
- There is a maximum waiting time of 20 minutes for pick-up at the hotel or address indicated. If you do not arrive at the indicated pick-up location given by you at the indicated time. Without any warning or message or response to our messages. It will be considered "No Show" and no amount will be refunded.
- There are no trips starting after 12:00pm in the afternoon or at night.
- This is a luxury private trip departing from Lisbon or Porto to visit 2 villages or monuments on the way. This is not a tour of Lisbon or Porto. Lisbon or Porto are the places of departure and arrival.
- Clients are guided and informed about the history, culture, and architecture of each site before visiting. It does not include guided tours inside the sites or monuments.

Our visit to Portugal was not long enough so we thought we'd splurge and pay for a driver to stop in a couple of places we couldn't see from the train. We had an excellent driver. He spoke English extremely well and was very personable and professional. He shared a lot of interesting history about the towns we visited and about Portugal in general. We also enjoyed discussing the current way of life for people in Portugal. Our driver also helped us out in a bind which was much appreciated. We would highly recommend this driver and experience.

We chose a round trip from Lisbon to Porto with our amazing driver César. During our journey, he told us a lot of history about Portugal from the old days to modern days. During the drive we stopped by several stops, Obidos, Nazare, Coimbra ... in thise stop César had been very attentive to tell us the specialties of these places and make sure we see the best of the places. Super appreciate with his kindness, when we need help re-booking a restaurant as I wasn't able to do it on my end. Great service, will definitely recommend my friends to use his company.

Lisbon & Porto Private Luxury Road Trip: We had a wonderful trip with Cesar. He was ready for us at the Lisbon cruise port when we departed the ship and navigated traffic smoothly to our stops in Obidos and Nazare, and ultimately to Porto. He is a very professional driver and has a beautiful car. Cesar provided us with a wealth of local knowledge including recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing opportunities.
