Do not trust the place, small shop quite dark. The people are very available and kind.Welcoming, very convenient when you want to continue to circulate without luggage for a very reasonable amount!
I used the Stasher service in the Safestay Lisbon Bairro Alto hostel. Although I was confident that the luggage was securely stored, I think it should have been made VERY clear that the storage area was located up a long flight of very steep stairs. As a woman in her late 60s, it was a real struggle to carry 3 large, heavy suitcases up to and down from the hostel’s reception. If I had known about the stairs in advance. I would never have chosen this location.
Good solution for quick luggage storage. Pleasent employees and smooth process of drop down and pick-up. Everything was just fine!
My friend and I needed a place to store our suitcases while we explored the city. Excellent location close to the city center and friendly staff.
Very handy when you have a later flight. The shop where we dropped our bags off even offered us a 10% discount off anything we bought.
Being able to drop our cases off gave us freedom to enjoy our last day in the city. Good value for money. I have rated 4 out of 5 because the hotel was further from Rossio station than I was lead to believe and up a very steep hill, three flights of steps and a very steep flight to the reception area as well - none of which was fun with heavy cases and we are in our 60’s. There should be a warning before you book.
It was very easy, quick and uncomplicated. And the price was unbeatable. I was skeptical at first, but now I can only recommend it to everyone.
