Welcome aboard our exclusive Stretch Limousine Lincoln MKZ model with bar service on board with beers, Bui water, wet face towels and snacks. Plenty of extra space to relax and stretch your legs. Leather seats, sunroof in a fully sanitized cabin. Once on board your Stretch Limousine you can enjoy a Nespresso coffee yourself with the on-board coffee maker. If you want a private space you can close the driver's curtain and communicate with the phone on board or if you want natural air and a fresh view you can open the sunroof curtain or completely open the glass window. You can travel surfing the internet and also enjoy some cold beers or natural water accompanied with peanuts or sweets from the region. Your Stretch Limousine is in control of the components in the passenger cabin.

Thank you very much for the opportunity to serve you. To coordinate an excellent service, we suggest that you consider that the Airlines request to be at the Airport at least 2.5 hours before, consider this time when reserving your pick up at the Hotel, add to this time the journey from your Hotel to the Airport of Cancun which we estimate in 45 minutes. The driver will appear at the Hotel Lobby at the time indicated by you, we have a maximum waiting time of 10 minutes, after this time the unit will be removed with a full Non-Refundable charge. Moises was great! He drove us to our hotel safely, in a black Lincoln. The ride came with snacks, water, and beers. 10/10 recommend!

Our driver, Moises Basilio, was wonderful. Moises picked us up on time and was very courteous with us. Knowing we were an elderly couple, he was careful with us and our luggage. Once we arrived at the airport, he waited for us to get our wheelchairs and even assisted the wheelchair attendant with our luggage. We will recommend Moises to our peers. In the very near future, when we are in Tulum, we will make sure we get Moises to drive us to the airport.

Mauricio Castillo was amazing! We our on our way back to the airport and he was at the hotel waiting on us and we were 15 minutes early to our pick up time. He was very professional and polite. Definitely will book with you all again because your service has been top notch. Our pick up from the airport was a great experience with Jose as well. My husband and I got married in Cancun seven years ago. We come back every year to celebrate. We have used STP Caribe (Lincoln Stretch Limo) for approximately five years now, to and from the airport and hotel. The last two years we have obtained Moises Basilio as our driver. This has been the absolute BEST experience! The company itself is so easy to work with and has always been so accommodating. Moises is such a wonderful individual who always makes us feel like we are home and treats us like family. Service was flawless. I booked last minute (less than 24h). They quickly confirmed and followed up with me via WhatsApp. Upon arrival, Moises Basilio was very communicative and arrived 1.5 hours before my anticipated pickup. He was extremely kind, easy to find, greeted me with a cold towel to cleanse my hands, loaded my bag, offered me the Bluetooth, beer, water, and permission to use anything in the back of the limo. Moises was a very safe driver and even let me get some exclusive videography as we entered the resort. He also played a birthday song for me :) Very easy and professional service - 5 star company that makes the bustle of travel so much more bearable. Highly recommend!
